At the edge of the Ozarks in the heart of green country is a small cottage located on a beautiful one acre spring feed pond. You can see the spring gushing out of the hillside. Our cottage is small, cozy, and very relaxing. Whether you are kicking back watching the tube or paddling around the pond you will feel right at home and may not want to leave. A private cottage situated on 22 acres. Perfect retreat for a getaway, bedroom has a jacuzzi tub and king bed. High-speed internet at over 100mbps! This is a farm setting with animals and a beautiful view of the Ozarks. The cottage is separate but is on a hilltop next to an 8,000 square foot home. The acreage adjoins Old Wire Conservation Area, an 800 acre Missouri Conservation area with hiking trails. The cottage is conveniently located near Branson where there are a ton of attractions.

It is a short 15-minute drive to historic downtown Bentonville, where you can enjoy shopping, your choice of diverse culinary styles, and the internationally-renowned Crystal Bridges Art Museum. Whether you're looking to explore nature or here for a business trip, we are a short 3- minute drive from the Northwest Arkansas National Airport and a 10-minute drive from one of the Razorback Greenway trailheads.

This cozy cottage in the woods (completed in June 2017) is perfect for a couple seeking a romantic getaway, enjoying a honeymoon, or celebrating an anniversary. (The sofa is a full convertible bed, if others plan to share the 400+ sq. ft. space.) Located in the Lake Hill (formerly Shadow Lake) Golf Course neighborhood (course is currently only open seasonally on weekends) about a mile from the NW shores of beautiful Pomme de Terre Lake, and about 6 miles south of Lucas Oil Speedway.

REFLECTIONS Cottage is a 1 bedroom, private cottage in Branson, located at Sunset Hills Cottages. All of our units are strictly ADULTS ONLY! It features a private outdoor covered back porch with a hot tub. The inside features a queen bed, 55" smart TV, mini fridge, microwave and Keurig. WIFI, Netflix & YouTube TV are provided. The front porch includes a gas fire pit with sensational views of our beautiful swimming pond. Located less than 10 minutes from all shopping and restaurants.

The Stone Cabin

Nestled in the Ozark Hills, we offer guests a secluded place to unwind and enjoy nature. We offer guests an off-the-grid style experience with no electricity or flushing toilets. The property has running hot water, an outhouse, and propane lights. The cabin is accessible by a gravel trail. Four-wheel-drive, or high-profile two-wheel-drive vehicles are needed to get to the cabin. We must greet all guests upon arrival to show you how to utilize the propane lights.
