Near Mission Bay Golf, Sea World, shopping and restaurants. Surf Studio is on the ground floor of a 5 unit apt building behind our house. We offer off street parking for 4 vehicles. If a larger apt doesn't have a car, you may be able to park on the lot. Street parking is also available.
