We wanted absolute peace and a retreat just for us. We found all this in the beautiful forest edge house. It is really in a completely secluded location, the nearest houses are several hundred meters away. Rarely do people walk along a forest path about 100m next to the house, then you can sometimes hear human voices or horses and dogs, sometimes tractors drive or you can hear forest work. 90% to 95% of the time we spent there, however, it was really quiet and we could enjoy this wonderful peace that we longed for. The house is furnished with great attention to detail, very clean and you can feel right at home there. The furnishings are of very high quality overall and nothing is missing. We especially liked the tiled stove in the living room, which you can cuddle up to in the evening. The house has a wonderful view of the fields to the rear. It is an absolute dream house! We will be happy to come back.

The place was in a very quiet place as expected and highly recommended for a relaxing holiday. The property is on a steep path (ski facility) that leads to other places where it also goes up and down. The host was really always very responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed our vacation there and can only recommend the accommodation.

We enjoyed our weekend in this beautiful home. The presence of personal belongings makes this home feel like a "home". Some things are a little outdated and a little less clean, but the openness of the house and the beautiful garden make up for it. Oliver was very easy to reach and our problem with cold water was quickly solved (even on a holiday/Saturday). The region is also very beautiful for walks and bike rides. A must.

Beautiful stylish house with great property located on a stream. No unnecessary bells and whistles, but everything you need. We felt very comfortable. However, you should inquire whether an event is planned at the neighboring community square. The Schützenfest on the last evening is only a stone's throw away, but you won't be able to sleep before 3:00 a.m.

There were three of us in the cute house and there was plenty of room. Perfect location right by the forest in the immediate vicinity of the Externsteine and a lot of beautiful hiking trails through the Teutoburg Forest. Unreservedly recommended.

The "Linnehus" is a very cozy cottage and invites you to relax and enjoy. Experience nature, be active... everything is wonderfully cozy!

It was all wonderful! Very stylish and nice ambience. Many small and well thought-out solutions. Everything was clean and without defects and very cozy. Absolutely convincing for max 3 people! I could assume that we were the first visitors. I'd love to come back.

Spacious and pleasant apartment located in the countryside near Bielefeld. The environment is quiet with many hiking trails. We had a great time.

Olga is an amazing host and we had a great time at her place. She is responsive and helpful.

Everything is fine. Good location including underground parking. No table with chairs in the apartment (couch with coffee table but available). Good amenities for the beautiful balcony. Beautiful swimming pool on the 6th floor.

It is a nice quiet place in the country. Within walking distance to Lemgo. A short drive to Detmold.

Quiet Lge to relax

We arrived by car, felt right at home after arrival and slept great. The area was pleasantly quiet, there were many attractions for children/families and great opportunities for food, coffee, cake and ice cream. The hosts were very warm and professional. We will be happy to come back.

If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you! It is incredibly beautiful and a relaxed atmosphere in the garden with the lake. The house has everything you need, I didn't miss anything. For me, the most important thing was the sauna, which also creates a good temperature, with the lake for cooling off/swimming. The landscape nearby is very beautifully varied.

The four of us spent an extended hiking weekend in Thomas and Alice's beautiful bungalow. We felt very comfortable in this really nicely furnished bungalow, a very chic mix of old and modern. Everything was clean, pleasant, bright. Communication was quick and seamless. The table kicker was used, we had a lot of fun and a special surprise for us: there is a western guitar in the dining area. The was immediately tuned and a bit of house music was made. All in all: a recommended place to stay!

We had a great stay. Very peaceful environment. The apartment also had a very nice balcony. We where two families with 4 adults, 3 kids and one baby and really had enough space to stay comfortably for a week and to sleep all of us in proper beds.

We spent a very nice long weekend in the Alte Forsthaus and were very enthusiastic about the apartment, in which nothing was missing (especially in the kitchen) and everything is visually so beautifully coordinated that you could only feel comfortable. We also particularly liked the garden and the location on the edge of the forest. You can start a hike directly, e.g. to the Dalheim Monastery or on the forest adventure trail. Helen's mother welcomed us very warmly and quickly answered and supported us with small questions. We will definitely come back when we are back in the area, it is a very relaxing place. Hi, We can only recommend the accommodation, we were so warmly and openly welcomed the hosts Antje and Markus were very kind and warm we felt right at home. Everything was sparkling clean, the apartment was super equipped from kitchen utensils to hygiene items, everything was there. We were 4 adults and had enough space, the beds were very cozy. The location is quiet and beautiful. I think it would also be a great option for a vacation with your partner and child/children. Unfortunately, we were only there for one night because we were at a festival nearby, but we didn't want to leave the next day. Highly recommended, we will be happy to come back! Kind regards
