Hihitahi Sea View apartment is located in Paihia, Bay of Islands, an area with stunning walks, mtb tracks and a great variety of other (water) activities to choose from. When arriving you'll find at the end of the driveway, a private apartment where you can imagine the rest of the world gone. Only 5 min out of Paihia town and the beach but your own private place with everything you need for a relaxed and comfortable stay. The BBQ area with all day sun is a lovely private spot to end the day.

The Tiny (off grid) House on Wai Māhanga Farm

Your Air Conditioned accoms are a small Off Grid Tiny Home. It is situated in Taumārere just 3 kms out of Kawakawa on SH11 on the way to Paihia on our working Regenerative Farm. Specifically built for couples to enjoy the privacy and beautiful farm views over green paddocks to the Cycleway and Vintage Railway which border our property. The tiny house is intimate, open plan, with a small kitchen incl a double gas stovetop and a decent wee fridge/freezer. Internet is provided through Starlink!

1. The Treetops @ #10 Abri

The Treetops is a self-contained luxurious studio cedar chalet nestled in a private sub-tropical garden with a wonderful sea view. Featuring spacious Open Plan Living, furnished with a King Bed, double Spa Bath, separate shower cubicle, full Kitchen facilities and a BBQ on your deck; as well as having air-conditioning (Heat Pump/climate control), Freeview TV, Netflix and Free WiFi. The Treetops has 32 external stairs from the car park up to the entrance door. Not suitable for children.

Moana Vista is a stylish 2 bedroom apartment just a short stroll to all Paihia has to offer while still providing an elevated retreat with ever changing views of the town and bay. Situated in a small side road with no through traffic this newly renovated, double glazed, fully stocked, home-away-from-home is only a couple of minutes walk to Paihia central with restaurants, shops and tourist activities on your doorstep.

Welcome Aboard our self-contained unit for 4 people. Hosts live above. Plenty of parking for boat and 6 minutes to the sea, hook up a catch for the day. Come and relax in the bay, with lots to do and see, including the local trike tour rides for a different wave! If summer doesn't inspire a near clinical obsession with the water, then we don't know what does! Enjoy your visit & may all who enter as guests leave as friends. Kereru Lodge is the perfect location to base yourself when visiting the bay of islands. We provide fresh clean bedding and towels, fast free WIFI and have a new fresh water filter in the kitchenette.
