Our cottage with a capacity of 5 people is located in the center of the legendary Pays de Broceliande in the municipality of Concoret in a part of our farmhouse. Possibility of many hikes (hiking and mountain biking) and many sites to visit from the gîte and within a close radius. We are also halfway between the English Channel and the Ocean. Our town is classified as a "Commune du Patrimoine Rural de Bretagne" (Rural Heritage Town of Brittany). We have a second cottage for 4 people. I look forward to welcoming you.

The mill is a totally unique and preserved place in Brocéliande! Book your private and independent apartment in the middle of the mysterious forest of Brocéliande. Completely refurbished with all the upscale amenities, you are a 5-minute walk from Merlin's Tomb and you have a view of the Fountain of Youth. The estate is also a 3-minute drive to Château de Comper. As a couple or with friends, this is the perfect place to soak up the magical atmosphere of Brocéliande.

I welcome you and welcome you to this independent accommodation of 30m2, functional and comfortable with its king size bed. Located at the gates of the legendary and mythical forest of Brocéliande. Relax in this quiet and well-decorated studio with stunning views of nature. Located upstairs with an independent entrance. Ideally located near the Canut Valley, the Ker Lann Campus and the Exhibition Centre, and 25 km from Rennes or Paimpont. Bed linens and towels are provided. No TV. All you have to do is sit back and enjoy! Please note that if you come for 2 people, it will be either the queen bed or two separate single beds. Please specify when booking.
