The apartment has been lovingly designed with souvenirs from our seven-year world trip. Many of the details have a story that we are happy to pass on to interested parties on request. Sleeps 3 adults and 2 children. A large garden with a trampoline, a forest garden, and a stream with a small waterfall invite you to explore. The woods begin right at the doorstep, with hiking trails and an indoor climbing hall just a short drive away. A simple home – no luxury – but a peaceful retreat for nature lovers of all ages, perfect for outdoor play, slow mornings, and quiet evenings. Two friendly cats live on the property and may stop by to say hello.

The former barn is originally converted into a holiday home of a special kind, 144 m² on two levels. Surrounded by 2 ha of meadow, 1 ha of forest, a place for retreat, for family holidays, for "Simply Being in Hollenstein." Swimming, tennis, cycling (Ybbstag cycle path right outside the door), hiking, skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and tobogganing right by the house if the snow allows! 3 km from the center of Hollenstein, very good infrastructure.

Lunz am See apartment with a view

This is a breathtaking place for people who really want peace and nature, far away from everything else. Meadow, forest, fresh air and mountains. Here there are deer, chickens, cats and bees. The apartment is on a farm, alone in the middle of a large clearing, which I am building as an organic farm with permaculture. It consists of a huge room with wooden floor, new wood-burning stove and mountain views, as well as a bathroom, and a kitchen.

Each of our beautiful new apartments is designed with attention to detail and offers a comfortable retreat. The spacious rooms are equipped with high-quality furniture and amenities to ensure you have a pleasant stay. Take long hikes or, for adrenaline junkies, there are also opportunities for climbing or rafting. A regional breakfast can be delivered to your apartment every morning in a basket on request!

Canadian Block Construction

This apartment is built in natural round trunk construction and has capacity for 2-4 persons. The apartment is equipped with TV, bathroom and toilet. The natural round trunks of the house give the apartment a very pleasant and calming atmosphere. All beds in our house are equipped with tempur mattresses and thus ensure a good night's sleep. Single night only possible on request.
