We had a wonderful two night stay! This airbnb was exactly as described with beautiful views of the ocean. Everything was clean and wonderfully decorated. Would love to stay again!

Best AirBnB we have stayed at to date. Amazing location, extremely family friendly. Nice rec area with toys for the kids, and pool table/darts for the adults with lots of lounging. There was so much effort put into this place that we are absolutely coming back very soon solely for this AirBnB

Nicole was extremely responsive and helpful. The condo was exactly as described (honestly better than described), and spotless. The decor was pleasing and matched the vibe of cinnamon beach. The location overlooked a pond that was beautiful at sunset. The rooms were separated in a way that provided privacy for all. We would love to stay again in the future.

The place was very nice. We enjoyed the beautiful nature boardwalk and beach walk everyday. The kids enjoyed the gym and pool. It was a family friendly place and nice people. The house had everything we need. The master bathroom was spacious and very comfortable bed that gave us very good sleep every night.

This place was exactly what we needed! Steve was so responsive and helpful. He even let us stay a little longer so the kids could enjoy the pool more before we left. The kitchen had everything we could need. There were also plenty of extra linens and pillows which made our stay incredibly comfortable. Check-in was a breeze and we felt extra secure with the neighborhood being accessible through a guarded security gate. There are lots of great food options around. 10/10 would recommend.

The condo was really clean on arrival. Everything you could possibly need to spend time on the beach was available (chairs, umbrella, cart, canopy, etc.). Little extras in the bathroom like makeup remover, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, and soap. Michael provided plenty of information for things to do in the area. To get to the beach, we just had to walk out the back of the condo and across a bridge over the dunes. The temperature in the pool was perfect. Every person we encountered was also nice. Michael was always quick to respond to messages. We really have no complaints, and enjoyed the 5 days we were there.

Kirsten was a lovely host - very attentive, provided clear instructions and was very quick to respond. Great amenities - the gym in the club area even included a climbing wall. Apartment was clean and well stocked with all new appliances and comfy bed. Location is great for access to old town and beaches - Kirsten even provided chairs for the beach along with a beach blanket and towels which we thought was a really lovely touch. Would definitely stay again if visiting St Augustine

This oceanfront condo was absolutely stunning and felt like such a peaceful retreat for our family! It is super spacious, very nice/clean, quiet, and was perfect for my wife, toddler, and I. Everything is updated and the ocean views from the balcony and master suite (watching dolphins each day) was truly a treat! There is an amazing pool and beach front private access and washer/dryer in the unit with some accessories for the beach! Even an adorable condo library for pool side reads! We used the gym and ran along the surrounding neighborhoods each day. We were so grateful to Shelly and the facility for being excellent hosts! Perfect beach getaway in family friendly Ormond to make memories!

Great place. Nice location and steps to the beach.

Family of 6 (4kids 10 and up) This place is very private. Friendly environment, pools (2 within 5min), pickle ball courts (grab racquets/ball from dollar store). Easy walk to the beach. Jack supplies EVERYTHING. You can relax. Things we didn’t even think of plus more, even a blender was nice touch. I can’t think of anything he could add. Towels, chairs, wagon for beach, boards, buckets/shovels, pods to get laundry done and run dishwasher. It’s these little things that count, that most places fall short. We brought our own shampoo, Keurig pods but Jack has plenty if needed. You can tell he makes sure there’s more than enough. You really feel at home. We needed to measure my son’s height for rides, Jack had measuring tape. The place is so equipped you feel right at home. We highly recommend this place and hope we can return in the future.

I wanted to stay on a beach that was more secluded and private. We went into St Augustine many days, but I relaxed on the beach daily. Many days, I felt I had the beach to myself. It was amazing! The beach is beautiful, clean, and wide. The sand is white and sometimes pink. You can hear the waves in the condo. This is the closest we have ever been to the beach for a vacation. I was so relaxing. Prompt responses from Luke and Joslyn. My husband left his shirts in the closet and Joslyn offered to send them to use, which was very nice. This was a fantastic experience. We did go May 1-10, which is a good time to go before the crowds. We do recommend to go to St Augustine (downtown) during the week (less busy) and more beach time on the weekends.

Easiest 5 star review ever. Neil’s condo was simply amazing! Better than we expected and the location is excellent. The house was clean and well stocked, spacious, and big enough for our family of 10 to fit comfortably. Beds were cozy and there was plenty of extra linens and beach towels for all. The huge balcony was awesome and the walk to the beach was easy. We spent mornings by the resort style pool and afternoons with our toes in the sand. The beach does have large rocks by the waters edge which we didn’t love at first, but then once the tide went down it created tons of little tide pools for the kids to play in. We chased crabs, found shells, and soaked in the tide pools without a worry in the world. The rocks ended up being one of our favorite parts! Hands down one of the best places we’ve ever rented and we cannot wait to return. Thank you Neil for allowing us to stay in your home.

Great condo facing the ocean. Well equipped kitchen, lots of space, comfy beds. Beach and pool are within elevator ride and few steps. Overall awesome place and experience with the host.

I reached out to David when we were in a tough place trying to find a condo, and he was the answer to an unspoken prayer. Every year we travel to St. Augustine to honor our baby girl we lost at 32.5 weeks by celebrating her birthday and making new memories with our family at the beach. David has created an inviting space with this condo of his, that far exceeded our expectations. His screened in patio provided an extension to our memory making as our girls would safely sit out there for hours in the rocking chair taking it all in. It was also great to not have to bring the beach back into the condo and let things dry outside. His closet had all the clean linens we needed, and Grandma was able to be there for the birthday trip because of the living room sofa. The kitchen was pristine and had all the essentials for both cooking and serving. Even when you have an older unit, the love you put into it can make it stand out, and that’s exactly what David and his beautiful family has done.

This accommodation is great for multigenerational families. 5 bedrooms with 4 ensuites and another 1.5 baths. A separate area with kitchenette and two bedrooms with bathrooms means the family with young children can have some privacy. Two beautiful balconies, a pool with area for poolside dining, bbq area and a beautiful beach 2-5 minute walk depending on age! The beach area does have exposed rocks in water but a short way up the beach the bottom is clear- and there are two community pools! One quiet Oceanside and a family one with kids splash area, grill bar and gym area. The house has everything you need and then some- kitchen dishes , serving platters, air fryer, two coffee makers, a snack basket on arrival etc etc Two garages filled with beach chairs, toys wagons etc etc Beautiful location and beautiful house- highly recommend!!!!

This was the perfect location for exploring St. Augustine’s! Quick walk to the historic district, and easy to take a quick drive to beaches and other areas. Jamie’s place is spacious & beautifully decorated as well - would look forward to returning!

Franks place was perfect, quiet, and peaceful spot. Had plenty of variety of activities to do. Wasn’t too far from town at all. Highly recommend this place for any vacation or just to get away

We had a great stay! The house was in a super cute, quiet neighborhood and was a short drive to most things we wanted to do. Had everything we needed and loved the backyard and master bed/bath!

They have literally thought of EVERYTHING!! Plug covers, child locks you can use if you choose, plenty of linens, pillows and towels. They have a first aid kit, foil, Saran wrap, plastic gloves, all the items you need for condiments, there was some ice in the fridge, tooth brushes, the cutest little toothpaste samples you could imagine, shampoo, conditioner and even games for adults and children alike. There was a desk upstairs which was perfect for me because I work remotely. Pool pass was by the door with a pool bag and pool towels all ready available for us! The only suggestion I have is a curved shower curtain because the plastic liner did stick to us while showering and a shower head that has a removable handle to make it easier to bathe our kiddos. Thats just me being picky though because this place was AMAZING! Will absolutely book again! Matt was great and answered all of my questions!

My partner and I had a wonderful time! The house was beautiful and had so much to do that we didn’t really have to leave if we felt like staying in! The beach was an easy walk and a wagon was provided to haul our beach stuff! Downtown was an easy drive! Would recommend!

Dominga's place was absolutely perfect! It was exactly as described and pictured. I went to St. Augustine for a quick Father's Day getaway with my young adult kids, & this home was exactly what we needed. It was spacious, pristine, beautifully decorated, my kids each had their own comfortable rooms, close proximity to all the attractions/restaurants, & it had everything we could possibly need. Dominga was very courteous, gave clear instructions, & great recommendations. Cannot say enough great things about the host & property. Highly recommend!
