Chalet holiday rentals in Palma

Villa is in the quiet residential area of Palmanyola - close to Palma, hikes and mountain towns in the Sierra de Tramultana. Maria and Miguel are very nice hosts, they greeted us in person. Good communication through the whole stay. Villa is spacious, we were 8 people + a baby and there was enough space for all of us. Kitchen is well equipped will all needed for a longer stay. Garden with pool is even larger than the pictures suggest. We were happy there and could recommend this accommodation without any hesitation.

Andrés ist ein kompetenter und sehr herzlicher Gastgeber! Bei Fragen war er sofort erreichbar. Das Haus und die gesamte Anlage sind sehr gepflegt und sauber. Und außerdem wunderschön. Kurzum, wir waren rundum begeistert!

Wir waren mit 5 Personen für eine Woche in der Unterkunft und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Miquel und sein Vater waren sehr nett, wir haben eine super Einweisung bekommen und auch das Obst welches bei unserer Ankunft bereitgestellt wurde hat uns sehr gefreut genau wie der mallorquinische Kuchen den wir bekommen haben. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt hier wirklich an nichts. Der Bereich zum draußen sitzen ist sehr gemütlich, hier haben wir wirklich jeden Abend gesessen. Auf Empfehlung von Miquel's Vater haben wir in St. Magdalena das Restaurant besucht und waren sehr begeistert. Die Nähe zu der Stadt Inca sorgt dafür dass genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direktem Umfeld sind und durch die zentrale Lage konnten wir sehr gut die Insel erkunden. Mit zwei kleinen Autos (Fiat 500 und Seat Ibiza) konnten wir problemlos in der Einfahrt parken. Wir können die Unterkunft also definitiv weiterempfehlen und kommen auch sehr gerne wieder. We had a lovely stay at Jacinta’s place in Mal Pas-Bon Aire. The house is in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood and has a great layout with a nice terrace and yard — it felt great to have our own space during the trip. Communication was easy, and check-in was smooth. One thing to note: there was some mold in the bedrooms, which might be an issue for people with allergies. It didn’t ruin the experience for us, but it’s something to be aware of. Overall, a very pleasant stay that made our Mallorca trip even better.

Vanesa was a great host. Our entire holiday from start to finish was perfect. The location was great, and included short walks to lovely local restaurants. We had hired a car and it was only a short drive to a bigger town with a variety of supermarkets and shops. So much to do in the area including gorgeous walks in the local area, either direction on the beach. Vanesa gave us plenty of information and recommendations and was super quick to get back to us if we had a question. The accommodation we had was perfect too, very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend Son Serra de Marina if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing break away.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this house. It exceeded our expectations. Kitchen was fully equipped, the style is clean and cozy. The entire house and outdoor area are clean. There was even a barbecue grill. We loved our days there. We ended up renting a car, because even though the mini market in Cala Pi has a lot of groceries, it is easier to get around with a rental for shopping and seeing other places. We are planning to come again. Thank you!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche bei Silvia und Juan. Das Grundstück ist wunderschön, weitläufig und mit eingezäuntem Pool und Tischtennisplatte ideal für Familien mit Kindern! Auf der Terrasse haben wir jeden Tag gefrühstückt und den Tag ausklingen lassen. Es gab Sonnenschirme für den Strand und sogar Kinderspielzeug. Besonders praktisch war für uns, dass es eine Waschmaschine gab. Beim reisen mit kleinen Kindern ist das eine große Erleichterung! Das einzig negative war, dass die Zeit zu schnell verflogen ist. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. ☀️

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos dargestellt.

Wir waren mit zehn Leuten dort und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Jedes Zimmer hat einen Blick aufs mehr , was sehr schön war. Die Unterkunft war sauber und der Gastgeber sehr gut zu erreichen. Der Pool sieht auf den Bildern um einiges größer aus, als er ist. Das Haus an sich ist sehr weit weg vom Schuss , aber die Gegend und der Blick aufs Meer sehr sehr schön. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden definitiv noch einmal buchen.

Superb setting central for all the amenities. Bars restaurants and beach all within a five minutes walk. Jesus was a great host nothing was a problem to him 24 hour contact if required. He also organised fantastic taxi transfers. Would highly recommend this villa for families everything you could want.

Rigtig dejligt hus med masser af plads til os alle (vi var ti personer). Vi var især meget glade for poolen i haven, bordtennisbordet og poolbordet samt det store og veludstyrede køkken. Der var kun en kort gårtur til havet, hvor vi havde morgenbadning hver dag mens vi nød solopgangen. Søde og imødekommende værter. Anbefales.

The house Is amazing for a big group. the swimming pool outside is special, we had great time! You have a supermarket 5min walk and an incredible beach at 10min walk. Magaluf and Palma are easily accessible also by bus. A big room downstairs is perfect if you want to put some music without disturbing anyone around. Thanks to Janet, it was a special holiday!

Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war von Anfang an sehr professionell und daher auch sehr angenehm, weil der Gastgeber praktisch sofort geantwortet hat. Ich hatte das Glück schon viele Stunden vorher einzuchecken, ohne dass mir eine extra Gebühr berechnet worden ist. Es ist ein traumhaftes Haus mit einem top gepflegtem Garten und Pool. Das Haus hat zwei sehr große Schlafzimmer mit begehbaren Kleiderschrank und Bad en Suite. Darüberhinaus haben beide Zimmer eine Klimaanlage, die man jeweils einzeln regulieren kann. Die Küche hat alles was man zum Kochen braucht. Das Wohnzimmer war einfach nur ein Traum. Ein Kaminbereich, eine Couch-Lounge und ein Essbereich. Die komplette verglaste Front im Wohnzimmer, die zum Garten ausgerichtet ist, konnte man öffnen. Dadurch hat man quasi das Wohnzimmer nach außen verlagert. Im Garten sind CitrusBäume und Kräuter angepflanzt, die einen herrlichen Duft versprühen. On Top im Außenbereich kommt der riesige Pool. Es war einfach alles Traumhaft. ❤️

Great house with a great view and it had everything we needed for our stay (7ppl on a golftrip). Matias was always easy to communicate with and he even gave us recommendation where to book shuttle service as we were a larger group. Flexible with check in and check out which was much appreciated. I can recommend the house if you want a spacious place in a calm area but still close to everything Palma has to offer.

Theresa en haar man hebben ons zeer gastvrij ontvangen. We waren zelfs al voor de formele inchecktijd welkom. Theresa reageerde altijd snel op eventuele vragen . We werden verwelkomd met heerlijke Mallorcaanse specialiteiten.

We had such a magical holiday at Xisco's! He was such a responsive host, sending a plumber immediately round to the smallest thing we had pointed out was wrong, who immediately resolved the issue. Loads of lovely touches like a generous welcome basket and some children's toys which were really appreciated. The location is great, just off the main road with a large and mainly enclosed garden which is great for kids, particularly with the swings/play area which you can see from the veranda so adults could easily sit outside and keep an eye on the little ones. Supermarkets, ATM, bins/recycling are withing easy drive from the house as well as the beautiful towns of Alcúdia and Pollença plus the coast. The two ensuite bed rooms are downstairs off the lounge and the larger master ensuite bedroom and a smaller double bedroom are upstairs. The master suite has a bath plus separate shower and there's another bath/toilet downstairs as well as ensuites to the twin rooms. Highly recommend!

Ми відпочивали сімʼєю . Нам дуже сподобалося. Вийшло так що наш рейс затримався, але господарі дочекалися нас , хоча ми й прибули досить пізно. Помешкання було чисте і підготовлене для нас, а господарі милі та щирі люди. Також варто відмітити присутність розумного рижого кота, що ще більше додало нашому перебуванню в будинку враження як вдома. Рекомендуємо.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist geräumig. Man findet immer ein tolles Plätzchen draußen und die Gegend ist angenehm ruhig. Dennoch kann man gut in die Stadt und zum Strand laufen. Wir kommen gerne wieder hierher.

We had a great stay here, the lake view is beautiful and it's very close to the beach. The place is very clean and equiped with everything to feel like home. The garden is impecable, we spent most of our time there barbequing and watching our toddler run around. Raquel was very responsive. I would stay here again, I highly recommend for families with children.

We stayed at Pablo's place with four adults and one small child (20 months). We've been quite happy with the place. The location is nice, a quiet neighbourhood, but within walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The house itself provides everything you need, though you could feel some equipment has seen better days. We were especially happy to have a fence for the pool and a safety bar for the chairs, both made it much easier with our little one. On top, Pablo's communication was always kind and very responsive. Whenever there was an issue, he quickly sorted it out. All in all, we very much appreciated staying at this place!
