This was a lovely home, well maintained and very clean. It is a little remote, but worth it due to the beautiful surroundings. If you enjoy peace and quiet with easy access to Denver and Colorado Springs, this is the place for you. Thanks for sharing your little piece of heaven.

Place was great, nice residential neighborhood. Worked well for our family to explore different things to do around Colorado Springs, and was a great place to hang out and rest up for the day so we could adventure again the next day. Hot tub was nice, and the master suite was exceptional, especially the shower and tub. Plenty of room for our family of 6 to enjoy time together but have space apart as well. Kitchen had PLENTY of pots and pans and knives and cutting boards for us to cook, and we love to cook our own food on vacation to save money. We visited in winter or we would have spent a bunch of time when we were there in the pool as well.

Our 2nd time at the place and we love it. It was perfect for a group of men going to a conference.

Beautiful home and the view was amazing!! The grandkids loved the pool and arcade games! We had a great time. I wish we could have stayed longer. Tiffany was an outstanding host!

Must pick location for families with kids and outdoor entertaining! The space is well thought out for family gatherings. Host has done a fantastic job putting this home together. The outdoor space is unmatched! You will not find a better patio and outdoor entertaining space. Neighborhood is quiet and close to necessary shopping. Host is super responsive and very friendly. House instructions were very clear. Everything was well labeled and easy to use. Great kitchen and indoor space. Highly recommend this home. Heated pool. Great! Hot tub. Awesome! Trampoline, play house. Kids loved it. Back deck was amazing. TV, propane heaters, mood lighting, outdoor stereo, ceiling fan. Bathrooms and showers were really nice. Plenty of hot water. Appliances were great. Luggage racks were a bonus. Would absolutely stay again. Rent this place!

Upon driving up to this property you already get a taste of how rad it is! There was enough road parking for our 4 vehicles to park. It’s uniquely perched on a hillside with a wonderful view of the area. From your first step through the door you are welcomed with a space that welcomes and invites you to fully embrace the “Mountain Zen” energy. My group of 9 was very comfortable in this space and had plenty of room for us to sleep, hang out, eat, and get ready. There is an incredible outdoor space where we chatted around the fire with their provided camping chairs! It’s an understatement to say that this place has it all! We are excited to book again soon!

This was one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in. The location was great. The space had everything we needed and more. And the view of the mountains was AMAZING! Brian and Tama were phenomenal hosts and so helpful and welcoming. We would love to stay again when in the area!

This was the most thought out Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at! It had literally everything you could need. From kitchen supplies, to supplies you may have forgotten on your trip, you could come here super un-prepared and still have everything you could need to live! The views here are absolutely incredible too! Getting to watch the sunrise from the hot tub on the patio was truly magical! The sauna was also a nice touch! We are super health conscious and normally have this at our gym, so it was super nice to have it at our stay. I think the only thing that could have been better would be the sheets on the beds were a little scratchy, but we have sensitive skin and are spoiled with our sheets from home. Other than that the beds are very comfortable. Overall, this was the best Airbnb experience we have ever had! I highly recommend staying here, it’s the sweet escape you definitely need in your life ❤️

Robert’s home was perfect for my family and I. Robert was very responsive when we had any questions and never left us waiting. The home was beautiful and the location was quiet and peaceful with plenty to do in the area. The property had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun escape — from the cozy cedar hot tub and stargazing net to the game garage, Blackstone grill, and fire pit, every detail was thoughtfully set up for a great time. Atomic was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay, which made everything even more enjoyable. We’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat, and we’re already hoping to come back soon!

we felt really comfortable it was like being at our home, we has a good view of the lake, local breakfast restaurant was good, we got to see local wildlife we don't have they opportunity while eating, the choo-choo train was an experience something once again we don't experience. we would deffo come back to it.

Aj is the definition of a super host. The place did not lack in anything. One of very few places that actually has 7 full beds without a bunk bed being apart of that count. Well designed and decorated place. No exaggerations in descriptions or misleading photos. In fact, the place looked better in person than the pictures displayed. Aj provided very detailed instructions. The house took every possible need into consideration. I would definitely request this place again!

We had a great stay at Cobblestone Cottage! The home was cozy, clean, and well-stocked, and the setting in the forest was beautiful — especially with the rain. Communication with Sarah was excellent; she was warm, helpful, and responsive throughout our stay. The instructions were clear, and check-in/check-out was a breeze. We’d definitely love to come back again. Highly recommend!

I’ve stayed at a dozen airbnbs over the last decade, and this is one of my favorites. Extremely impressed by the cleanliness, the design and the property. Exceeded all my expectations. The playroom is incredible and if my three yr old twins could write reviews they would give this place 1000 stars.

Cannot say enough positive things about the rental home in Monument and our host, John. The home is gorgeous, in a lovely quiet setting, complete with every ammenity needed (plus some!), and a perfect space for our family gathering. John responded to all communications promptly and always in a welcoming and friendly manner. He provided very detailed information about the home (how to operate all its hitech features, where to find/use important things) and the area (extensive display of local information and welcome snacks) which made arrival and departure easy and the stay such a pleasure. We couldn't have imagined a better arrangement for our few days together than our stay at John's home in Monument. Thank you so much!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Fantastic Airbnb - one of the best I’ve stayed in for a long time. Well stocked with the basic essentials, everything worked, very clean, and a super proactive and responsive host (Lois - we appreciate you!). We were in town for a family wedding, and this space comfortably fit 7 people, including two kids, with plenty of common space and privacy. The carpetball table was a hit (ages 6-72) and provided lots of entertainment during “down time.” Close to Monument and Larkspur, and an easy drive from Denver metro or the Springs. Would definitely stay again.

Very good host! Called us before we were set to check in to let us know her cleaner had cancelled but she cleaned it herself and was very communicative when she got finished. We spent the our day at the local Renaissance Festival so we were exhausted by the time we got to the place and it was a welcoming place to come back to. Very clean and easy to find your way around. I personally loved the large selection of tea! Can’t wait to stay there again!

Very nice basement rental with one owner living in the upstairs. Excellent communication with all our questions, very friendly hostess. Nice lake with patio looking on, my kids loved kayaking with the kayaks on site.

One of my favorite Airbnbs ever! Just like those gorgeous pictures- nice views and outdoor space with awesome friendly animals and playground that made it extra memorable. Inside place is super clean, great comfy bed and SUPER thoughtful touches you don't see many places-- family board games, kids toys and books added to match our age, some welcome snacks, useful kitchen touches like ziploc bags or even an in-case-you-forgot-it section in the bathroom of a few essentials! Super duper kind family made us feel at home and are the nicest people ever and super communication-they were even went above and beyond to help me carry by bags in the rain. As they said in the Airbnb description you can hear their active family walking above in daytime hours, but they are very quiet at the quiet hours listed so it never felt like a problem since I was basically on the same schedule anyway. They were very respectful of privacy with the unit too,yet also welcoming if you had any questions. Great stay!
