Everyone was surprised by how well stocked the house was. Whether it was a white noise machine or fan in the bedroom, to condiments, pots, pans, dishes, etc in the kitchen, to the super cute coffee bar in the master (there's one in the kitchen too!) We had absolutely everything we needed and then some. Beds were clean and super comfy. The property was beautiful and we even saw a deer, some wild turkeys and a black bear! Loved our stay and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Place was easy to find, quiet and peaceful area. Perfect for holidays. Clean and well equipped. We wish to return back to the place if we visit again Colorado again in future.

Nate and Aaron provided us with an amazing weekend get-away destination. Location was peaceful and very easy to find. We were greeted with a friendly set of deer's on our first morning there. Location is not far away from restaurants and entertainment. Highly recommend as everything matches the description. If you're coming from a city and looking for something outdoors, look no further and book before it's too late. Would definitely re-book if ever in Colorado Springs again

Adam is a fantastic host. He was responsive and made sure the house was ready for our arrival. We loved the location and proximity to USAFA. My husband and I were both able to work remotely during the day, me in the dining room and my husband in the upstairs office room. We enjoyed local trails in the evening. Perfect location for anyone traveling to USAFA or enjoying the beauty and friendliness of Colorado Springs. We hope to return soon! Adam’s place is perfect.

This place was so perfect—small yet comfy! All the cabinets were labeled in the kitchen, which made things so helpful! The hot tub was the icing on the cake! All the instructions to the house were so easy to find. Jacquie was so helpful and very responsive. She gave great recommendations!!! There is a Walmart right down the road, which was very convenient. All in all, it was a 12/10 stay! We will absolutely stay at one of her properties again!

Cynthia’s place was amazing—absolutely magical. We came to town to visit friends who’d just moved and weren’t fully settled. We traveled with our kids (9 and 6) who fell in love with the space and all the animals within it. The Airbnb was clean, comfortable and very organized. The garden has a beautiful mountain view and is so serene and peaceful. Cynthia was so kind and patient with the kids, showing them how to collect eggs, feed the chickens and the pig and introducing them to the bunny and the ducks. They also picked strawberries and learned about the other things growing in the garden. The highlight was the goats, especially the baby goats. It was hard to pull the kids away from them to explore Colorado Springs. On top of that, the beds were super comfortable and the shower water pressure was unbelievable! We definitely highly recommend this one! Thanks so much for a wonderful stay, Cynthia!

Mary’s place is everything you could possibly want and need for a stay! Beautiful surroundings, comfortable beds, great kitchen, plenty of hot water. Even the pull out couch bed was very very comfortable. Their dogs are sweet and Mary was always responsive. We will absolutely be back.

It was just as described and very peaceful. Would 100% stay here again. Very clean bed was super comfortable and it was right near downtown.

We love this place. Its in a beautiful neighborhood, has a sweet relaxing deck with an expansive view. The kitchen is well equipped beds are nice. Very dog friendly. This is the second time we stayed there and plan to continue to book Rosemarie's place whenever we goto Colorado Springs. Highly recommended.

Jacquie’s place was welcoming and perfectly located for our adventures to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs to hike the incline, Pike’s Peak and the Olympic/Paralympic Museum. We thoroughly enjoyed the Beers she provided and the vintage ambience her home. Would stay again!

I thoroughly enjoyed this incredible find! Jacquie was very responsive, professional, but also like one of girls from way back then. She just made me feel cozy and not goofy for some of the small questions I asked. This place is a keeper! I hope you find my way to this way again, and to my home away from home.

OMG! What a great property tucked into downtown. Staying here felt like being “in on” a secret. The town was hopping with spring breakers, but the unit was very quiet overall. The reserved parking space was an added benefit. The unit was clean and cozy with everything at your fingertips. I would say that if you plan to cook in the unit bring aluminum foil. 😊 Again, if you get the chance to stay here, you will not be disappointed.

Gabby was a very kind and considerate host. She made a point to check up on us to see if we needed anything several times. The space itself, was perfectly comfortable and we had all we needed. Thank you Gabby!

Fantastic stay. Spacious, well-equipped, and in a beautiful part of Colorado Springs. For a short-term stay near Fort Carson, Jennifer’s place offers a refreshing perspective of the city. Highly recommend.

Charming Southwest-inspired house with well thought-out details. Comfortable layout and furnishings. Porches facing both east and west to enjoy sunrise and sunset. Good air flow. Easy street parking. Walkable to a few good restaurants and only 10 minute drive to Manitou Springs, Colorado College, downtown, Garden of the Gods and the Broadmoor. Great location no matter which way we went!

Loved the location which is between Manitou Springs and Old Colorado City. You are minutes from the COG Train that takes you to the top of Pikes Peak, minutes from Garden of the Gods, and minutes from Red Rock Hiking. We didn't get a chance but we wanted to try the Manitou incline which is right across from the COG as well. We loved Manitou Springs...such an amazing little town with great restaurants and small shops. This house really is an amazing location. The house itself was nice, especially the basement and the kitchen/dining area. The deck and the upstairs bedrooms need some updating. Some new furniture would go a long way. If you are heading to Manitou Springs, this is the place to stay.
