Tropea - appartamento sul mare nel Centro storico

Tropea è la perla della Calabria. Un posto di mare bellissimo dalle acque cristalline. L'appartamento è sopra la più bella spiaggia di Tropea con splendida vista sul mare azzurro, a 10 minuti da Capo Vaticano e vista sulle Eolie al tramonto. E' in pieno Centro Storico, vicino a ristoranti, spiagge, vita notturna e trasporto pubblico. Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: atmosfera, gente, quartiere, spazi esterni e luce. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, famiglie (con bambini) e gruppi.

Stella Marina Casa Vacanze

La Stella Marina è l’alloggio perfetto per chi ama il sole, la spiaggia ed il mare. Si trova al centro del lungomare di Gioia Tauro, con un magnifico panorama . La spiaggia frontale è libera, ma a pochi passi sono presenti gli stabilimenti balneari. Gli ospiti possono inoltre usufruire della vicinissima pista ciclabile. Nel raggio di 50 metri sono presenti pizzerie e rosticcerie, bar e tabacchi per gustare la colazione, il pranzo e/o la cena sul mare. L’ufficio postale con sportello bancomat.

L'appartamento, in un piccolo borgo marino sulla costa, ha una meravigliosa terrazza sullo Stretto di Messina, inserito nel Patrimonio dell'Umanità. La spettacolare vista mozzafiato sia dalla terrazza della mansarda che dalla veranda del soggiorno infondono indimenticabili emozioni e momenti di relax. Location comodissima per raggiungere l'imbarco delle navi per Messina (3 km appena) ed anche Scilla e Chianalea "Piccola Venezia" (4 km), considerati tra i borghi più belli d'Italia! Vi aspettiamo

Un passo dal mare

E-house è posta a pochi metri dalla spiaggia libera ( circa 150), che si raggiunge attraverso il comodo tratto evidenziato in foto. In 2 minuti vi troverete in una spiaggia di sabbia riservata anche nelle giornate di maggior afflusso. No lido presente. A pochi passi, direzione opposta, vi sono i migliori ristoranti e pizzerie della città nonché numerose piscine aperte al pubblico . L ampia veranda è condivisa con l altro appartamento ma è divisa da un separè che all occorrenza dona privacy.

Ogni stanza è pensata per garantirvi tranquillità: dal letto, dalla cucina o dal soggiorno, potrete ascoltare il suono delle onde che si infrangono sulla riva e che creano una colonna sonora naturale che accompagnerà ogni vostro momento di relax. The Stella Marina apartment is located a few meters from the beach and promenade of Scilla, and is composed of a living room with kitchen complete with dishes, a comfortable sofa bed with two separable beds, double bedroom, bathroom with washing machine, air conditioning and linen clean. A short distance away is the train station, the municipal lift, the Marina, the Castle, numerous restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors and beaches with umbrellas, bar service and restaurant on the beach.
