Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish house. Enjoy being surrounded by northwest Texas' nature. Our home is set on the side of a rocky cliff with a view for miles. You can gaze at the wide-open country stars as well as listen to the sounds of the countryside. We're a 34-minute drive to the South of Possum Kingdom Lake, a 10 minute drive to Palo Pinto lake, and a 27 minute drive to the new Palo Pinto Mountains State Park. The home is roughly 3,700 sqr feet complete with two outdoor entertaining areas including an outdoor stage and dance floor, multiple fire pits as well as a two story deck which is perfect for taking in the hill and lake views. The Lazy Possum Cottage is a modern fishing cabin on the north side of Possum Kingdom Lake. This newly remodeled waterfront property offers a gentle slope to the water perfect for swimming and wading. It is usually deep enough to moor a boat or jet skis right at the shore although if the water level fluctuates you might have to tie it up a little further out or use our boat slip at the Marina less than a quarter mile away.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Across from Possum Kingdom Airport. Only 10 min to Rocker B Ranch. Perfect Sunroom that opens up to Lake with glass garage doors on the quiet side of the lake. Swim right out the back yard with this Lake front property. Property does not have a dock, but you can anchor a boat or hook up jet skis. Plenty of parking. 20 min boat ride to Hells Gate.
