Lovely, welcoming casita for two in the tranquil Andalucian countryside. This is truly a place to unwind and relax. Walking and cycling tracks direct from the door. The village is 5 minutes drive away with 3 bars, serving delicious food. 15 minutes away is the lovely town of Huercal-Overa where you can find all amenities including supermarkets, restaurants and beautiful architecture in the old town where you can while away many an hour with a drink and tapa. The coast is just 40 minutes drive.

La planta baja consta de un salón comedor, cocina independiente, un aseo y dos jardines, uno de ellos de 80m2 que da acceso a la zona de piscinas de la urbanización. En la primera planta hay 3 habitaciones (dos de ellas con vistas al mar) y dos baños completos (uno de ellos en suite). La última planta es una espectacular terraza con vistas al mar.

A menos de 10 minutos andando o 2 minutos en coche, de la playa mas cercana, muy tranquila y poco masificada, a menos de 5 minutos de la zona mas céntrica de Vera Playa (el playazo de Vera) donde encontrarás una gran oferta gastronómica y de ocio, así como de una zona comercial con supermercados, bazar, etc, y a muy pocos kms. de Mojacar y el Cabo de Gata con sus espectaculares playas.
