Had a great time on the boat! If you want peace and quiet away from the hustle, and don’t mind small, cozy spaces and foggy mornings, this is the place for you. The boat has a pump toilet (only for emergencies or #1), and there are showers and restrooms by the entrance. Ice and water are available to buy there too. There’s a grey wheelbarrow for helping with groceries (however, keep food light, no frig, only ice box), which is handy. 2800 Kitchen Lounge is the closest spot for food and drinks, with a nice view of the marina, just a 15-minute walk or 5-minute drive away. It was the perfect getaway to disconnect and relax. Great for solo travelers, or two people if you don’t mind the cozy space!

Adrian is a truly exceptional host—kind, generous, and always willing to go the extra mile. He has a great way of connecting with guests and was consistently available whenever I needed help. One evening, despite it being 8:45 PM, he kindly drove me to Food 4 Less and Target, showing how attentive and accommodating he is. He also took me to San Bernardino for an important meeting with an attorney, saving me both time and money by offering a very reasonable rate for the ride. Though I had booked a small, cozy room in his home, it was perfectly equipped and very comfortable. On a day off, Adrian went out of his way to make it special—taking me to LA beach and Trump National Golf Course, creating memories I’ll always cherish. To top it off, he even gifted me a brand-new jacket and later dropped me off at the airport for a very fair price. People like Adrian are rare. I would absolutely love to stay at his place again the next time I visit LA.

I really enjoyed staying at Michael's place while I was in town. Place was pristine & close to places of interest + bus routes which appeared it to me same that he's friendly, I felt right at home, & that his listing overall was definitely worth the cost. Would book at stay at his place again.

The number "1" on the street sign was tilted and looked like a "7", so I looked around. Amenities are minimal, so those who need them should prepare their own. The cleaning is at a normal level.It was unfortunate that someone's long hair was falling all over the place. Street parking may be 5 minutes away if the timing is bad. There is a beautifully landscaped lawn garden.There are no BBQ sets or playground equipment, so you can just sit on the chairs and deck and watch.

It’s a nice time to stay with JJ and Jae. JJ is living downstairs and always general, supportive, and shows her kindness. She is always caring about your feelings and needs. Also Jae is so responsive to help with my emergency. It’s a kind of joy to live there. Hope I’ll visit there again without any tasks to do, and enjoy all of great things I missed this time.

Thanks again for another great stay! This is already my second time here, and I really appreciate the consistency and comfort your place offers. It’s simple, quiet, and had everything I needed for my trip. The location is practical—close enough to the places I needed to go, especially since I was short on time and didn’t have quick transport options. The bus stops to major cities are just a short walk away, which made things even more convenient. Restaurants and places to eat aren’t exactly nearby, but they’re not too far either—easy enough to reach with a short walk or quick ride. I also really appreciate how accommodating you’ve been, especially for allowing me to receive multiple Amazon deliveries during my stay. That was a big help. The place is priced fairly for what it offers. Overall, a chill and convenient spot, and I’m glad I came back. Thanks again for being a great host!
