The house is located above St. Lorenzen in the Lesachtal, a mountaineering village in the middle of the Carnic Alps and Lienz Dolomites. Our old farmhouse, which was lovingly expanded and renovated in 2023, is located on the edge of the forest in a magnificent secluded location and is directly accessible by car. Due to the south-facing orientation, our guests enjoy sun from early to late.

On the ground floor, equipped with a large kitchen-living area, double bedroom with canopy bed plus a single bed, with the possibility of a double sofa bed and bathroom with shower. Outside, there is a large terrace with a barbecue, garden table, deck chairs, and an umbrella. Reserved parking space. Two other solutions are available if this one is not

Mini house surrounded by greenery at the Valbruna mini golf. The cottage is the second on a small hill. Inside you will find a double bed, refrigerator, electric moka coffee pot, toaster, microwave, kettle and coffee, snacks, bread for toast, and jams. In the bathroom, shower, sink, and toilet with built-in bidet. To reach the mini-golf, cross the village towards the rocky mountains and twenty meters before arriving on the road that leads to the valley on the left is the mini-golf signpost.

This quaint retreat is not far from the Mölltal Glacier Railway and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Apartment CATERINA Arta Terme is a gem in the charming alpine village, in the embrace of the Northern Italian Alps. The 3-room, 54 m² apartment is an ideal choice for families and friends – for up to 5 people. Fully equipped, with fireplace, wifi, terrace, parking, TV and Play Station. Nearby, you will find the Terme di Arta thermal bath, ZONCOLAN ski slope, restaurants and shopping. Perfect relaxation or active recreation in all seasons!

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

The apartment comprises a kitchen, living room with sofa bed, double bedroom, single bedroom, and bathroom. The apartment is self-contained and has its own entrance. Smoking and pets are not permitted in the apartment. It is located within the house where we normally live with another family on the upper floors. The common areas (courtyard and stairs) are accessible, but not for exclusive use.
