A sweet, bright 1-room apartment to feel good in! Quiet & very green, despite being located in the middle of the lively & lovelyPrenzlauer Berg with many cafés, restaurants, small designer shops. In 8 minutes by tram to Alexanderplatz - the centre of East Berlin. Perfect for couples, also with child, cot and high chair are available. Located on the 5th floor of a renovated old building in the popular Winsstraße, private entrance and rear view into the countryside (no elevator).
