In 8 minutes by tram to Alexanderplatz - the centre of East Berlin. Perfect for couples, also with child, cot and high chair are available. Cleanliness is very important to me, so we clean carefully after every guest. The apartment is part of my flat with its own entrance, bathroom and kitchen area :)

Bed, kitchen and shower are open-plan and ensure that you do not feel confined, despite the few square meters. The toilet has its own door. Located on the 5th floor of a renovated old building in the popular Winsstraße, private entrance and rear view into the countryside (no elevator). We also live in the house and will be happy to help you with any questions or tips.

Netflix is available on both TVs, as well as a fast internet connection (250Mb/s), washing machine and Nespresso machine with capsules selection.

It is 5-7 minutes to the underground (U2) and S-Bahn (Ringbahn + S8+S85). Trams (M1, M13, 50) are just around the corner. There are plenty of restaurants and bars. Shopping facilities are also available.
