Staying at Riad’s home was an absolute highlight of our trip! The house is perfectly located, nestled in a quiet area but just steps away from shops, restaurants, and with incredibly easy access to everything we wanted to explore in Paris and the Seine !! The views are breathtaking, and the home itself is both elegant and cozy : beautifully designed, spotless, and filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay so comfortable. Riad, thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us, we truly felt like locals in a dream setting. We can’t wait to come back!

lugar bonito, cómodo y bien connuaco con el trasporte, a 40 minutos del centro.

Very comfortable & well-appointed space. The bedroom & bathroom are slightly seperated from the living room which was useful. Just across the street from the Bois de Vincennes which is a very large park with lakes, rowboats, islands, restaurants, a horse-track & much more. There is also a cute local park on the other side. A short walk to a main street with restaurants etc , and just bit further to the metro. It's not quite Paris but has good access to Paris. There are buses that go into Paris even closer than the metro. Virginie, her husband & their incredibly cute dog, Purple, are very welcoming & thoughtful, helped us carry our suitcases up the stairs. (It's not handicap accesible). All in all, we had a very pleasant stay.

Excelente apartamento para quem deseja ficar perto do aeroporto de Orly. O apartamento é pequeno mas muito prático, com todas as funcionalidades em zona calma e tranquila. Quanto ao proprietário não tenho dúvidas que se trata de uma excelente pessoa, muito simpático e prestável. Aproveitámos ao máximo ele ser taxista de profissão e por um preço justo nos levou aos locais que queríamos. Foi excelente. Obrigado Fatah.

Chantal et Tim sont d'excellents hôtes. Nous avons été très bien reçus. L'accueil est chaleureux et amical. La Petite Maison est un endroit charmant. Propre, fonctionnel, bien équipé et bien chauffé, avec un petit jardin où il fait bon prendre le soleil et son café dès les premiers rayons. Nous sommes ravis !

Perfektes Haus für eine entspannte Auszeit mit Freunden Wir waren mit 8 Personen dort und hätten uns keine bessere Unterkunft wünschen können! Das Haus ist wunderschön, sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Der Pool war ein echtes Highlight – ideal zum Chillen, umgeben von herrlicher Natur und absoluter Ruhe. Gleichzeitig ist die Lage super praktisch: Man ist in kurzer Zeit in Paris – sowohl mit dem Zug als auch mit dem Auto problemlos machbar. Wir haben beides ausprobiert, ganz unkompliziert. Die Gastgeber waren freundlich, hilfsbereit und alles hat reibungslos funktioniert. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen, Entspannen und gleichzeitig perfekt angebunden – absolute Empfehlung!

Muy bueno el departamento, era cómodo, fácil de acceder, tiene secadora nos tocaron unos días de lluvia y nos ayudó mucho a poder tener ropa seca, la zona era bastante tranquila por las noches no se escuchaban ni un ruido asique se podía dormir muy bien el sofá cama fue bastante cómodo

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit und haben uns rund um wohlgefühlt. Tiphaine ist so freundlich und wir würden jederzeit zurückkommen. Was für ein Juwel mitten in Versailles, und es ist nur einen Katzensprung von Paris entfernt. Danke, dass wir in Deiner wunderschönen Wohnung Gäste sein durften, liebe Tiphaine 🫶🫶

Muy buena comunicación desde el principio, enseguida contestan y te ayuda en todo que necesites y resuelven todas tus dudas! En el apartamento estuvimos 4 personas, es cómodo tiene todo lo que necesitas y lo tenían todo limpio. Muy fácil y rápido para llegar desde la estación RER, así te permite moverte por todas zonas de interés en Paris. Lo recomiendo si vas a ir unos días a Paris, es económico, limpio y te resuelven cualquier duda que tengas. Gracias por todo!

Pascale est une hôte d’exception et son logement un joyau au cœur du 16 e arrondissement de Paris. Tous les services (cafés, épiceries, restaurants, pâtisseries, pharmacies, etc.) ainsi que les transports en commun et les taxis sont à distance de marche. L’appartement est très bien équipé, il ne manque rien. C’est très propre et très confortable. Le bois de Boulogne est tout près ainsi que le Musée Marmottant et le stade Roland-Garros. Nous sommes très heureux d’avoir séjourné chez Pascale et y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

We had a nice staying, the place is walkign distance from the Palace and a nice little streets with restaurants. It was quiet and cozy, and the host very nice and helpful. They solved quickly and efficiently all the little things that we requested. Check-in and check-out easy, too. W We enjoyed staying in the appartement and discover the beautiful neighborhood.

superbe séjour passé dans cet appartement parfait pour notre week-end parisien. l'appartement est très propre, très bien équipé et bien placé à côté du tramway pour monter sur Paris.

Appartement très fonctionnel et agréable. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut en dépit de l'espace restreint mais judicieusement aménagé. La rue est calme avec les transports à proximité. Mathieu et Allan fournissent toutes les informations nécessaires pour une arrivée parfaite ! Merci.

During my stay I found the apartment to be peaceful and comfortable in every way. The home was beautifully decorated and provided great amenities. The Metro station is less than a 5 minute walk which was super convenient. The host communicated very clearly and made the stay welcoming. Whenever I can make it back to Paris I will be sure to book this apartment again. Thank you Iscocoon!

Mein letzter Besuch der "Stadt der Liebe" , rührte noch von meiner Schulzeit her. Dieser Besuch war mit vielen schönen Erinnerungen verbunden. Demnach war ich voller positiver Erwartungen. Diese wurden allesamt bestätigt. Claude und Ihr Mann, sind perfekte Gastgeber, die sehr um das Wohl Ihrer jeweiligen Gäste besorgt und bemüht sind. Die Lage dieser Immobilie, war für meine Bedürfnisse perfekt, da diese wenn man es wollte, zügig ins Stadtzentrum von Paris führen kann, andererseits aber einen so ruhigen und entspannenden Charakter aufweist, wie es eigentlich nur Naherholungsgebiete oder Kurzentren anzubieten vermögen. Ein perfekter Ort zum entschleunigen und dem teilweise stressigen Alltag zeitweise zu entfliehen. Insgesamt gesehen, ist dieses Angebot auch für Langzeitaufenthalte wärmstens geeignet und sehr zu empfehlen. Ich danke den beiden, dass Sie mit dazu beigetragen haben, mir den zweiten Besuch von Paris zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht zu haben.

Logement propre et fidèle aux photos, arrivée en autonomie très facile, hôte très réactif, localisation tout proche du centre de Lamorlaye. Cadre sympa avec les poneys qui sont devant la maison !

Nous avons adoré la petite maison de Barbara ! Il y fait frais en saison chaude, ce qui est fort appréciable. Tout a été parfait - les conseils, l'accueil, la communication, le lieu - et nous avons pu profiter de cette belle région le temps d'un week end. Nous reviendrions volontiers en hiver pour profiter de la cheminée !

Très bonne communication avec la hôte qui a été réactive et sympathique. Le logement était propre, chaleureux et bien équipé, tout ce que nous recherchions. Je recommande !

Parfait, logement bien équipé et propre.

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay here. We visited with our family (5&2). The children had lots of room to run around outside. Thierry even put on the sprinklers for us to cool down. The kids had a blast. The accomodation itself was perfect for us. It was clean, had games, tv and books. He had some dishwasher tablets and washing machine tabs which were a lifesaver the night before our family wedding!! There was a big rotating fan in each room. We were also very thankful for the coffee and cool water provided by the host. He was very generous with his time and assisted whenever he could. We wish you all the luck with your future plans for this property and will hopefully return someday.

Logement très agréable, bien situé et au calme. Parfait pour visiter Chantilly et les alentours. Je recommande vivement.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Thierry was a great host and very helpful. So much so we extended our stay for another two night. Thierry’s wife was also great and suggested a lovely little creperie (L’tang D’Art) which is a must visit. Our favourite bar to sit outside and watch the sun go down was Diane on the square in Lamorlaye. Will be back 😎
