Sebastian was a great host. He personally welcomed us and showed us the apartment and how to use different items. Sebastian also created a list of French cuisine restaurants close to where we were staying. This was provided upon our request---very nice and cordial on his behalf. The location was ideal as the Cadet Metro station is just down the block. From this station we were able to reach every Paris touristic destination.

Great stay at Étienne’s, he was a welcoming and thoughtful host and spent time making us comfortable and giving recommendations for places to visit. The apartment is perfect for a visit to Paris - 5 min walk from Metro with quick access to the centre and to nice neighbourhoods. The apartment itself is spacious, well equipped and a beautiful space.

Hanging Moment. We had a great time at this Airbnb. Beyond the listing. We had a real experience that Yohann and his wife were able to create. And this one started from the first phone calls . The place is beautiful. The hosts were able to respond with brilliance to all my additional requests (decoration, breakfast). The city is also very charming. Yohann hosted us wonderfully. We had very warm and friendly exchanges. I don't exaggerate when I get back. This was our one year anniversary, I sincerely thank them as they participated in this exceptional time. I recommend!!!!

They always responded quickly to our messages and even left products for breakfast. The place is quiet, with shopping centers, a library, a swimming pool, and many other amenities nearby. Sweet and very nice apartment. Everything was clean and the check-in and check-out process worked great. The hosts are very kind and very accommodating. They were available to us around the clock for questions and responded very quickly. Even with a small technical problem, they were there within 20 minutes and took care of it. We highly recommend the place!

By far one of the most magical places I’ve stayed in Paris. Albeit just outside city limits, you’re minutes from the metro and the garden view outside the living room and kitchen windows are something I’ll cherish for years to come. Xavier set up the place beautifully, was accommodating and very sweet. Highly highly recommend
