Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt 🤗 die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, alles war blitzsauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, sogar Kaffee stand bereit ☺️ Das Bad ist sehr komfortabel, ein Highlight ist die Aussendusche und das Kochen unter freiem Himmel. Der Strand ist nicht so schön, es lohnt sich aber defenitiv weiter südlich zu fahren. Die Kommunikation war freundlich und sehr schnell. Mario hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und eingewiesen. Danke für diese schöne Woche, absolut zu empfehlen 👍🏽

The house is very nice, in the middle of the mountains, it has a little garden, if you travel with kids is great, and for us, we had breakfast outside. Bedrooms comfortable and Andrea was always helpful. Thanks!

Overall, a good stay. The host was friendly and responsive, which made check-in and communication easy. The place looked like the photos and was clean and comfortable for a short visit. A solid option for travelers looking for a simple and convenient stay.

Ottimo alloggio, ben posizionato nel centro di Villapiana lido, dotato di tutto il necessario e molto pulito. Ci si sposta a piedi comodamente sia per ristoranti che per il mare. È presente un passaggio pedonale non segnalato dai vari navigatori per raggiungere la spiaggia, ci si mette circa 3 minuti a piedi. Idem per le passeggiate serali sul lungomare. Servizi come bar,ristoranti e supermercati raggiungibili comodamente a piedi. Come da descrizione è presente il parcheggio privato, nella nostra permanenza (1 settimana) non abbiamo mai usato l’ auto. Giuliano è un Host molto attivo, ogni nostra domanda ha avuto risposta pressoché immediata. Sarà sicuramente un posto in cui tornare.

Very responsive host! Flexible and accommodating! I really like his apartment because it is in a very old establishment. The internet connection wasn’t the best. The host had wine, water and juice waiting for us in the fridge! - that was a nice touch! We had a great time at his place

We stayed 10 days with my girlfriend at Tiffany's home and we felt really welcomed by her family, they picked us to the Casolare and shown us around. The place it's big, cozy and it was spotless when we arrived. Tiffany's family were super nice and eager to help and answer all the questions we came up with. If you wanna have a rent big house with a nice view to the Calabrian sea and live a full italian experience this place may be perfect for you.

We had a great time at Civita. The apartment has everything you need for a few days. Great bed, great bathroom and to sit ouside under the olive trees is simply one of the great delights in life. I would say it is easiest to have your own car to get around. We strolled through the village, drove to the beach and up into the mountains, ate some great food and just enjoyed ourselves. Very relaxing. Communication went smooth as well. Ticks all the boxes

Wir waren sehr happy! Der Aussenbereich mit Pool, Lounge, Pinpong-Tisch und Outdoorgym ist ein mehr als toll! Die Aussicht ein Traum! Gemäss Beschreibung gingen wir davon aus, dass wir die gesamte Unterkunft zur Verfügung hatten (4 Zimmer mit 4 Bäder) was zuerst nicht der Fall war. Als wir Giuseppe darauf angesprochen haben hat er aber direkt reagiert und uns sofort wie gewüscht 4 separate Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt, es war kein Problem. Die Unterkunft ist in echt noch viel schöner. Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und wir fühlten uns wohl. Nur 5min. Fussweg entfernt ist ein feines Restaurant. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen! Danke Giuseppe für diese schöne Woche und deine Gastfreundschaft!

Francesco's place in located in a relatively quiet place (gets quite noisy on the weekends, including loud music at the pool in the afternoon). Our kids loved the big pool! We went in the mornings, when it wasn't crowded. We also liked the beach a lot, we went in the evening, when it was quiet and the sunsets were amazing. To access the gym, one needs a key, which I was told, they only give to owners, not guests. Francesco was very kind and found a solution, so that my husband could use it. For me, a runner, the only downside of the location is no paths to run on and roads with no side. Otherwise, we loved the place! The apartment itself was small but more than enough for the 4 of us. My only complaint could be it wasn't supe clean and the kitchen equipment was quite basic (no bread knife or toaster). The air-con was great :) Francesco was always available for questions via messages and replied swiftly. All in all, I would definitely recommend the place! Thank you, Francesco :)

Emplacement très très agréable et très joli, au milieu des Olivers et des pins. logement simple mais tout à fait agréable Piscine très bien entretenue et très calme. Un petit Havre de paix que nous avons quitté avec regret. Salvatore toujours réactif. La dame et son mari qui évolue sur la propriété sont très gentils. Au plaisir de pouvoir revenir un jour. Nous recommandons sans soucis.

Wir durften eine Woche in dieser schönen Villa verbringen Die Aussicht aufs mehr ist unfassbar schön. Die Besitzer und Antonio der den Check in übernahm waren immer ansprechbar und haben uns tolle Tipps was Strände Restaurants etc. betrifft Lg Familie König

Annalisa's place was very comfortable with plenty of room for our family to feel relaxed and each of us having private space in the house. The view is beautiful of the sea and it's great that there are decks on both bedrooms on the second floor. We had a very comfortable stay and enjoyed all of the amenities of the home. It was difficult for us to find the place initially. If you visit know that you must drive all the way up to the top of the hill to find the development. The easy access to the pool was great and when we visited the pool it felt like we had our own private pool. Thank you very much Annalisa for hosting us!

Das war auf jeden Fall einer der schönsten (!) Plätze die wir in 12 Jahren AirBnB erlebt haben. Der Ort ist einfach magisch! Du bist umgeben von der schönsten Natur, alles ist so friedlich und umarmt dich und du entspannst sobald du den Weg durch die Olivenhaine dorthin fährst. Alles ist so unglaublich liebevoll arrangiert und durchdacht und man fühlt sich einfach nur wohl. Die Zelte sind komfortabel und super gemütlich . Wir haben alle wie die Babys geschlafen. Jedes Zelt hat einen eigenen Essbereich. Dort haben wir abends im Kerzenschein das Essen genossen, was dort Family-made frisch zubereitet wird. Das solltet ihr euch wirklich nicht entgehen lassen. Madre mia! Für uns Food-Lover war das ein Moment der Glückseligkeit. Und dann die Gastgeber: Es sind die herzallerliebsten Menschen! Unser Auto hatte eine Panne und die ganze Familie hat uns dabei geholfen, dass wir bei einer Werkstatt alles in Ordnung bringen lassen und rechtzeitig weiterfahren konnten. Wir kommen wieder! Schönes Haus inmitten des Grünen, umgeben nur von Olivenhainen und Obstbäumen, Wildtieren, Grillen. Wer Ruhe & Abgeschiedenheit liebt, ist hier richtig. Man ist wirklich ganz alleine hier, fern der Zivilisation. Traumhaft ist der Blick aufs Meer von der Terrasse aus. Die Wohnungen sind mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Aussengrill und Pool sind tolle Optionen, wir waren aber auch viel an den schönen Stränden der Umgebung. Ilario ist super und gab viele Empfehlungen, besonders das Restaurant Le Zagare hat uns sehr gut gefallen (leckere Pizza!).

Ottima location. Bella la casa, ben organizzata con tutto l’essenziale e ben posizionata davanti alla piscina e vicina all’accesso al mare tramite la pineta. Bella la piscina e bella la spiaggia. Peccato che il mare sia stato sporco per qualche giorno, ma questo non dipende dal residence in cui si trova la casa. Residence curato e pulito e soprattutto tranquillo e silenzioso. Buona posizione anche per raggiungere le spiagge verso sud e Reggio Calabria. Bel giardino intorno alla casa, attrezzato per mangiare all’esterno. Comodo barbecue. Grazie anche alla disponibilità di Ludmila che ci ha dato validi consigli.

Great location in the old, historic village of Paola (& ultimately well worth the uphill climb from the train station with our suitcases!) . If you love an old italian village in an historic, pretty location then this is the place for you. Easy days walking, exploring, sitting & watching the daily activities of residents. The apartment is well equipped to cook in (which we did) with an adorable garden setting that enjoys the local sounds of life. And with loads of great bars, cafes & restaurants very close by, as well as a large conad supermarket. We'd def stay again in Maria/Guilia's place. Amazing hosts! Thank you!

Michela à été très amicale et le logement correspond parfaitement aux photos. C'est calme et facilement accessible avec parking ce qui est un plus. Belle terrasse avec vue pour dîner.

La ubicación genial del Departamento. Es cómodo. Fácil de acceder. Sin dificultades para transitar Cerca de Cosenza Histórica. Salida rápida a las otras localidades cercanas y a las autopistas. Baño cómodo y completo Habitación grande con mucho espacio para guardar ropa. Una terraza muy linda para apreciar la ciudad. Cuando retornemos a Consenza, alquilaremos este departamento nuevamente.

This is a very beautiful, top floor, private space with a lovely view from the patio. Bruna and her daughter were wonderful hosts, making sure we had all the basics as well as breakfast and beverages. They prepared recommendations of nearby restaurants and it turns out the restaurant suggested "A Cantina Cosentina" was our favorite meal of the trip. There is an electric gate for the parking area and we felt very secure. There are 3 rooms, each with its own private bathroom and shower. One of the many extras that we really enjoyed.… Bruna encouraged us to pick lemons from the tree downstairs. It was the freshest and sweetest lemonade ever! We would highly recommend Bruna's place if you need a nice place to stay in the Cosenza area.

La tana del riccio ė un posto incantevole, siamo stati benissimo immersi in un bosco di castagni, di pomeriggio siamo andati al mare che si trova a mezz'ora. Claudia ė stata sempre disponibile, e a ferragosto ci ha invitati a pranzo con la sua splendida famiglia. Consiglio questo alloggio a chi vuole stare tranquillo, noi ci siamo portati i nostri cani. Insomma comodo e bello.

L'appartamento si trova in una zona residenziale molto comoda: per noi è stata la base dalla quale partire per visitare diversi posti, molti consigliati dalla signora Rosanna, che ci ha accolto con molto calore e si è dimostrata sin da subito estremamente gentile e disponibile. L'appartamento è grande, vissuto, ma ben curato. Particolarmente apprezzati, al nostro arrivo, la limonata fresca per noi in compagnia della signora Rosanna e un biscottino per il nostro cane :)

Tatianas Strandhaus ist einfach perfekt für einen entspannten Aufenthalt am Meer. Besonders hat uns die liebevolle Einrichtung gefallen und dass man direkten Strandzugang hat - besser geht es nicht: Tatiana ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, mit vielen Tipps. Sie hat uns sogar zum Bahnhof gebracht. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!
