Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Paradise Valley

The house was comfortable and plenty of space. Large tv and two large king bedrooms were very nice. Updated appliances were great. The back yard was truly an oasis. Very private with trees growing so you barely knew you were in a neighborhood.

The house was very beautiful, and that view was even more spectacular. The host was very responsive and gave clear directions.. There were a few unreported dings and scratches to furniture and wall within the property, but once we notified the host they were addresses. Overall, great stay and host.

I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home. The space was clean, stylish, and exactly as described, if not better. It felt warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in, with thoughtful touches throughout that made it easy to relax and feel at home. Derek was exceptional, friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive. Anytime I had a question or needed something, they replied quickly and were super helpful. It really made a difference in the overall experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to stay. This house was the perfect location for a Grand Canyon/Phoenix vacation. After our visit to the GC, the rest of our visit was enjoyed in this property. The pool table was the surprise highlight of my youngest daughter’s trip. My teenager said, “it was okay”, which is HIGH praise. We spent a hot afternoon lounging in the indoor pool. And the main living area is the place to be during sunrise. The kitchen was well equipped to meet our culinary needs. It was definitely large enough for my family of four. If I were to return to Phoenix, this house will be where I will stay.

We absolutely loved our stay here and couldn’t recommend it more, it was the perfect place to spend time with friends lounging, cooking and enjoying the pool. Will definitely be back! The beds were so comfortable, we all felt right at home. 10/10!

Second time I've stayed. The home, furnishing, landscaping and view are so very special. This time I noticed the birds who sang and gave an amazing show. So many varieties! Saw several hummingbirds which tickled me. Nancy and Lon are remarkable people who find great joy sharing their home. They give complete privacy. I would plan a trip to Phoenix just to enjoy this home and the remarkable view!

Very restful, well set up, and comfortable stay during our trip to Phoenix. We loved how convenient it was for spending time at the pool, walking to pick up groceries, and walking along the greenway watching all the birds. Definitely recommend taking a stroll over the bridge for tacos at Okay Maguey's (so good we went 3x), checking out the Desert Botanical Gardens, and going to the Musical Instrument Museum. My favorite was lounging by the pool beside the blooming jasmine and hibiscus flowers under the clear blue sky! Anni was super friendly and helpful. Perfect little getaway spot for two :)

Thomasina helped my company immediately when our building AC went out. She was extremely accommodating, especially given the last minute needs on a holiday weekend!

We stayed at this lovely condo for four nights, and we were 100% pleased with our stay. The unit was exactly as pictured and described with all the comforts of home. It was very clean and quiet. The pool and hot tub areas were lovely and quiet. Was nice to see the different types of vegetation throughout the complex. Quick drive/Waymo to some great restaurants and Old Town Scottsdale. Rene was a very pleasant and responsive host! We would not hesitate to recommend.

Everything about the home was absolutely perfect. Toby’s communication was fabulous. Her attention to detail as regards to a clean, warm and comfortable home was so much appreciated. The information she has for guests in the home was outstanding. The beds and furniture were all comfortable and in excellent condition. The home is the absolutely the most organized and well stocked we’ve ever stayed at. And all this comes with allowing you to relax while there. To feel comfortable being there. We would most certainly stay there again and highly, highly recommend Toby’s place. What a wonderful stay we had. We can’t say enough good things.

This space was clean and quiet. Our plans shifted before we got there and Trent was flexible for our check-in time and accommodated our other requests. Being able to do our laundry and cook sometimes was very convenient. I would stay here again.

It was nice staying at Barbara's house. When we 1st got there, it was a little hard finding the building. GPS kept sending me to the building behind the condo! LOL! Once I found the building, it was easy to get into the condo. beds were comfortable. Great shower. It was good to have a parking space and not worry about where to park. It was very quiet so got good sleep. Barbara checked in with us and kept us informed! Overall, I would definitely recommend Barbara's place.

Wonderful stay! This location was perfect for where we needed to be in Scottsdale. It was clean, easy to navigate to, and close to Old Town. It did get a little warm inside at night (not sure if the thermostat was adjustable), but opening the windows to let a little fresh air helped. We are grateful for their communication and would love to stay there again if we head to Scottsdale again.

Amazing spot the view was INSANE the pictures will never do it justice. Anthony was very helpful and quickly responsive. Will definitely be coming back soon!

Lovely, clean, well-appointed condo with easy access to the heated pool and gym on the property. Joanna was proactive with her instructions for finding parking and accessing the condo, and she was very quick to respond to messages. I would absolutely stay here again.
