Είναι καινούριο, σύγχρονο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με θέα την παραλία που βρίσκεται ακριβώς μπροστά από το σπίτι. Παρέχει πρόσβαση σε Wi-Fi. Το σπίτι διαθέτει συνολικά 2 διπλά κρεβάτια και 1 μονό κρεβάτι-καναπέ. Το ένα διπλό κρεβάτι βρίσκεται στο υπνοδωμάτιο, το δεύτερο βρίσκεται στην σοφίτα που ανεβαίνεις από την σκάλα και το μονό κρεβάτι-καναπές βρίσκεται στο σαλόνι, όπως ακριβώς φαίνονται και στις φωτογραφίες. Είναι μπροστά στην παραλία του Ταβαρίου. Έχει μεγάλη βεράντα με θέα την παραλία.

The place is a seperate building with it's own kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. If you would like to make a reservation for 3 or more, contact us and we can open the next building for you as well! Ayvacık Sazlı köyünde olan, taş evimizin restorasyonu 8 yıl önce tamamlandı. Yeni dekore ettiğimiz evimizin, üst katını misafirlerimize açtık, alt katta eşim ve ben yasiyoruz. 6 kişinin rahatlıkla konaklayabileceği, Midilli adaları, full dağ ve deniz manzarası ile köyümüzün güzelliklerini yaşayın. Büyük bahçesi ve doğanın tüm sesleri ve renkleri size eşlik edecek. Assos liman, tarihi Behramkale'ye yalnızca bir kaç km uzaklıktadır. Küçükkuyu´ya aracınız ile 20 dak. ulaşabilirsiniz.
