One of the most incredible places I’ve ever stayed. Wonderful location as it’s walking distance to everything in town but quiet streets at night. The place itself was clean and luxurious, a wonderful host with some of the best recommendations. Highly recommend!!

Top studio in top location of Chania. Lovely interior, comfortable bed, great view from balcony and quiet at night. What else could one ask for? Strongly recommended!

The apartment was in a great location and really easy to find and to get around to other places from there. Communication was great and George was very helpful with tips about local places to go to! Would definitely stay again.

Nous avons absolument adorées notre séjour au Penthouse. Nous sommes un groupe de 3 couples avec deux bébés. La disposition du logement était parfaite. Nous avions chacun une chambre avec salle de bain et balcon ce qui nous permettait de tous avoir un peu d’intimité. Le logement est très bien insonorisé également. L’hôte avait laissé avant notre arrivé deux lits de bébés avec plusieurs couvertes chaudes et propres à l’intérieur, ainsi que deux chaises hautes bien équipées. Il y avait même quelques jouets pour bébé. Que dire de la propreté des lieux. C’était tout simplement parfait. Après quelques jours, nous avons même eu droit à un ménage complet et en profondeur des lieux. Finalement, le localisation est plus que parfaite. Vous êtes situés au abord de la vieille ville. Vous sortez du Penthouse et à quelques pas seulement vous y trouverez d’excellent restaurants, cafés et boutiques. Le port en soit est à seulement quelques minutes de marches. WoW je recommande vivement!

Just got from a week at Niko’s place in Old Town, Chania. The place was spotless and exactly as the photos. Niko met us, even though our flight was delayed, and we didn’t arrive until gone midnight. There was water, fruit and a bottle of wine waiting for us. The apartment is nicely located in the heart of Old Town, with the harbour, shops and restaurants only being 5-10 minutes’ walk away. There was plenty of room for two and we really enjoyed the rooftop terrace which was furnished with a table and chairs as well as a couple of sun loungers and a parasol. You have a great view down to the harbour. Great communication from Niko as well. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. I think it was the perfect location just outside the old town - very easy to walk into old town or along the marinas to many restaurants and shops yet also easy access for tours and outings outside the city. I loved Crete and would recommend this Airbnb to others. Some of the restaurants we enjoyed in the area (easily walkable from the apartment) include Maiami, El Gato, and SALIS. We also enjoyed a cooking lesson, snorkeling boat trip, and olive oil tasting.

La maison d'Aggeliki est un vrai paradis caché dans un endroit unique et privilégié au bord de l'eau. On a adoré dormir bercés par le son des vagues et prendre notre petit déjeuner face à la mer. C'est sans compter les couchers de soleil!... Aggeliki checked on us on a regular basis making sure we didn't need anything and she was very reactive, in addition of being very friendly! We plan to go back!!

Being a host myself, I am super attune to the details. This space is perfectly situated right on the water's edge with gorgeous Juliette balconies and large French doors that let the ocean breeze in. The driver let us off near the main square and we walked along the water with baggage in tow. Directions were spot on...great way to 'make an entrance' into this amazing gem of a spot. The space was perfect and had everything we needed to decompress and relax. The town has everything you need from restaurants to historical ruins to little shops. 4 days was not near enough to explore all the little streets. The cohost, Silver, was beyond amazing and accommodating. We didn't pre-plan any excursions until we arrived. When we decided on an itinerary she was on it with recommendations AND connections to make it all happen. We were treated like family. What else could you ask for?! 5-stars plus plus. Hope to return!

Small but very comfortable and clean apartment, great terrace. Perfect location an easy walk from the busy port area and good local food options right outside the door. Parking exceptionally hard in the area but the free (!) park & ride was super convenient.

Probably one of the most amazing places you’ll stay anywhere! The attention to detail when the unit was remodeled, and the furnishings and extras added to make your stay comfortable, are incredible. It is located right in the middle of a vibrant area full of outdoor restaurants, music, and shopping. The hosts are extremely responsive, we were late getting in but that was not a problem. During our stay we unfortunately encountered one of the red dust storms that Chania periodically receives, but they came the next day and cleaned the outer areas. We were lucky with the parking the first three nights, but for some reason the fourth night was a challenge however we did eventually find a garage about 15 minutes away. Also, I would not recommend the unit for younger children or someone unsteady on their feet as the stairs in the unit are quite steep especially to the roof, and there is no washing machine though a laundromat is just a few minutes walk. Would absolutely stay again!

Eine schöne Unterkunft für Pärchen um Chania zu erkunden. Eine sehr nette Familie mit Restaurant und Frühstückscafe (Honig kaufen !!!) gleich an der Unterkunft. Die Kommunikation mit Anna und ihrer Familie war immer sehr schnell,herzlich und unkompliziert. Ich würde die Wohnung immer weiterempfehlen, nur mit der kleinen Anmerkung dass man fit sein muss um auf die Terasse zu kommen und das für den ein oder anderen etwas unbequem sein könnte.;) für uns war es okay.

The apartment was ideally located on a calm/private street In the middle of town. We found so many great breakfast/lunch and dinner places just 1-3 minutes walk from the apartment, and a convenience store open late was just around the corner of the apartment. A private entreance right out to the street was such a luxury. The check in/out was super simple, apartment new and clean, and the host great.

ο κύριος Δημήτρης είναι ένας πολύ ευγενικός οικοδεσπότης, χαμογελαστός και πρόθυμος να εξυπηρετήσει. Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετικό σημείο στη πόλη των Χανίων, με ιδιωτικότητα και ησυχία και ταυτόχρονα δίπλα σε ότι χρειαστείς. Ο χώρος ήταν πεντακάθαρος, το στρώμα πολύ άνετο και σίγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε στο ίδιο δωμάτιο στην επόμενη μας επίσκεψη στη Κρήτη.

Kostantinos è stato un host davvero impeccabile, sempre presente e proattivo. La casa è carina e confortevole, in un ottimo punto centrale, vicino al bellissimo porto di Chania e a pochi minuti da ristoranti e bar. Grazie Kostantinos per l’accoglienza e gli ottimi consigli sui ristoranti 🙂

Appartement très beau, calme, très confortable , très propre et situation exceptionnelle,pas besoin de voiture même s’il est très facile à garer dans la rue. Tout est neuf, la terrasse est très grande avec une vue magnifique, de l’extérieur comme de l’intérieur. Restaurants, bars et tous les commerces sont à proximité Konstantinos est un hôte parfait ! Merci Konstantinos pour votre accueil votre gentillesse et votre disponibilité . Nous avons hâte de revenir à Chania qui est une ville charmante, et chez vous si possible…

We have stayed in Chania 5 times and all our accommodations have been lovely, however, we love this street and so looked for some accommodation here. We could not have been happier with Casa Nova, it is just stunning , we were lucky enough to have the top floor with the roof terrace , which was amazing and we used every day. The living space was just like the photos and the bed was really comfy. The whole apartment was decorated with so much style. Vardis was quick to answer any questions we had and sent us such in-depth information about the area restaurants etc. This has been our favourite place so far in Chania and will remain that as we plan to return year on year Thankyou x

Echt een geweldig appartement! Komt volledig overeen met de advertentie. Het is brandschoon en aan alles is gedacht: thee, koffie, wasmachine, noem het maar op. Het ligt in een rustige omgeving, maar onder aan de berg wel een leuk restaurantje om te genieten van zonsondergang. We hebben even moeten stoeien met de jacuzzi: die ging midden in de nacht om het uur aan, maar de host reageerde zeer snel en wist ons goed uit te leggen hoe we dit konden oplossen. We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad, ik zou het iedereen aanraden.

Stayed in this small Airbnb for one night only, as a transition between a previous week-long rental and a flight back home. Loved the neighborhood, much quieter than the bustling and busy streets of old town Chania and yet very close. The room was simple, but very clean, nice bedding, excellent WC, bath and shower. Windows opened right onto a view of the Mediterranean, with a small restaurant balcony perched just by the water. Worth every penny, would stay again.

Appartamento molto bello, pulito e fornito di tutto in un residence molto curato e in zona tranquilla ma vicinissimo ad una spiaggia e ad un grande supermercato. A pochi passi dal centro e dal lungomare di Kissamos con tutti i suoi ristoranti e negozi. Ottimo punto di partenza per Balos e Falassarna. Host disponibilissimo e molto attento alle esigenze dei clienti. Ottimi i suoi consigli su come vivere al meglio la vacanza.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement ! Tout était parfait. L’appartement est propre et bien équipé. Panos était très à l’écoute et réactif. Je recommande vivement ce logement.

Mike was great from the start…we booked last minute and he texted me immediately. He made everything very easy and was extremely friendly when we got there to check in. He showed us everything about the apartment that we needed to know and gave us lots of tips on where to go to eat and to see the best sites. The rooftop space was beautiful and the apartment was very close to everything in the area… We were able to walk to everything! I would definitely recommend staying there… Thank you, Mike!

Hidden gem! Loved this home, literally two minute walk to Golden Beach. Katerina is so sweet (she met us in-person, had local restaurant recommendations, and even provided a bottle of wine). The home was perfect for our group of 6 (great value for the money, too). Would 100% come again!

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Villa Life. Da wir sehr früh angekommen sind, konnten wir schon mittags einchecken. Das Apartment hatte alles, was man braucht und wurde täglich gereinigt. Der Blick war wunderschön und die gesamte Anlage sehr gepflegt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

We had a great stay here. The rooms and deck were very clean and beautiful. The room is right across from the small restaurant and bar, which was extremely convenient for us (the restaurant and cocktails are also so good and the staff is so friendly - completely recommend those as well). You also get access to the beach and sun beds for free, and it’s about a 10 second walk to the beach. It’s also a very easy walk to the Main Street with lots of other restaurants and shopping options. The only issue we had was getting our jacuzzi to work, though the staff was very responsive and tried to assist. Would 100% recommend staying here and would definitely do so again.
