Beachfront holiday rental in Paralia Koum Κapi

What better way to start a holiday by drinking a complimentary wine on a balcony with amazing views of the port. The apartment is close to an array of places to eat and relax . We loved our stay at the apartment and really appreciated being able to stay a few hours past check out to make the most of our last day before catching the plane home. For a couple this is a fantastic place to stay

The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. The place was super clean and everything well maintained. Just felt right at home with an amazing view, great beds and a beautiful atmosphere. Highly recommend!

We loved this place. The balcony was very large with a direct view of the sea. There was a natural swimming area in front of the place that was perfect for a dip anytime. The sunsets were amazing. It is close enough to walk to the Chania city center, but a car is recommended to visit the many beaches on the island. Elpida was always available for any guidance that was needed. The place is a gem we hope to visit again!

Absolutely beautiful location, 2 minute walk to the main Old Port area and tons of nice shops in the back streets.

Our host Andreas was incredibly helpful and responsive. The apartment itself was located in the perfect location so we could walk everywhere in Chania.

Great place directly opposite the beach - fantastic if you have toddlers like us. We ended up having dinner at the restaurant next door every day because the kids could play out there while we ate. If you want to visit the most beautiful beaches on Crete, this west coast location is great (though it should be noted that the beach near the house is actually facing north, which means it is thankfully not frequented by tourists). The host is very friendly and willing to help with any issues. The airbnb was very well equipped and prepared for our visit (including items we would not ordinarily expect like fruit, cake, and even a dinner on the first night - though we obviously knew about it based on previous reviews). We would come back here in a heartbeat!

Exemplary communication from the moment of booking! Great location of apartments, no crowds, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. A great place and neighborhood to feel Greek hospitality. Great views of the sea and mountains, lovely hosts, and all the staff. The rooms are clean , regularly replace the linens - a huge plus - all scented. An intimate beach with divine views of the mountains, a gentle descent to the sea, umbrellas and sun loungers without problems, a clean pool. Restaurants and taverns in nearby Stavros offer brilliant seafood as well as traditional Greek and Cretan dishes. I keep my fingers crossed by Blue Beach to preserve its peaceful and intimate atmosphere of the holiday, away from the loud resorts. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful, well-kept, and lovingly furnished place. Everything you need is there. The host was super friendly and gave us some good recommendations for restaurants and the surrounding area. Upon arrival, the fridge was already stocked with drinks, fruit, and other items, so there was no need to go shopping on the day of our arrival. It was a perfect stay, and we would love to come back.

Beautiful villa in a great location. If your are stunned by the pictures, you sure will be stunned by the villa itself - it is simply a gem. It lies at the top of a hill overlooking Kissamos. If you don’t mind a short, steep walk, you can even reach the town (and a supermarket) per foot. If there is anything to criticize then it is the kitchen equipment - a few more big bowls for salad etc would be great. Ioannis is a great host, super friendly and helpful. We are definitely coming back.

This little villa was the perfect find for us! On a beautiful little cove with a beach across the street, private pool, very quiet and serene—a great hike up to a cave on the adjoining mountain, restaurants and groceries nearby, drivable to many of the islands locales—but even if you only get to nearby Chania, it’s such a charming town and well worth it. Stavros is the most gracious of hosts, very responsive and thoughtful, left us treats, kitchen was well stocked with basics, and he was full of helpful information to make our stay amazing. Wish we’d stayed here longer, honestly!!

This place is absolutely amazing. My wife and I spent our honeymoon at Aikaterinis apartment and we were completely satisfied. The inside provides everything what we needed. The description was absolutely accurate. The fridge is very spacious and there is a freezer as well. We cooked quite a lot therefore this was very helpful for us. The pool outside is very clean and also the temperature was perfect for the hot days in Greece. You can really relax at this place because there is not a lot of tourism at this area on Crete. Also the beach in front of the house is quite nice. We put our hammock under some trees and were watching the sunrise over Paleochora. I can totally recommend this apartment, especially for couples who want some relaxing time and together.

The villa is lovely and has everything you need for a holiday. Clean and well maintained. There was extra cleaning during the week. Great view of the sea and the mountains. The cars passing on the main road, which is 100m below the villa, create a slight noise, but it is not unbearable. Maria is a great host and despite the late evening time of arrival she was waiting for us with a smile. She took care of us all the time and gave us valuable advice. There was a problem with the dishwasher, which was fixed the next day as soon as I informed Maria. We had a great week and would come back again.

Valias place was amazing ! We dealt with her mum Katerina who was super friendly and always on the phone if I needed anything. Perfect location with stunning views of the Venetian port . Everywhere easy to get to. The beach about a 30 min walk and a beautiful one at that. Highly recommend and are looking forward to booking again nxt year 😀

we had a lovely stay with nina and rebecca—and wish it had been longer. after staying in santorini two years ago and falling in love with greece, we wanted to try another island. we’re so glad we found this gem of an airbnb. steps from the beach, the pool, our own private hot tub, a strollable little beach town, and the resort’s restaurant and bar. dinner the first night was delish and the staff was so friendly, we made a habit of coming back throughout our stay. giorgios was a star ✨ cute cat friends. sweet resident dog. we hope to return.

The house was great !! It's as it is in the photos. It's spotless , in the center everything you need you have next door and it's a very quiet area !! Our stay here was absolutely fantastic! Aggelos is extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive. He provided recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The apartment was spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed for our stay. The place is very close to the downtown area with many shops, restaurants, and bakeries. It was also a quick walk to the bus stop. We could not recommend this place enough!
