It is on Beira Mar Avenue, one block from Birutas Bar (restaurant and bar with live music). We do not provide bed and bath linens. Penthouse is on the third and fourth floors and does NOT have an elevator. There are beds for 8 and 2 mattresses (8+2). Key delivery to be arranged.

House in Pontal do Sul, near Ilha do Mel.

It's one block from the beach. With living room/kitchen (bicama) + 1 bedroom (suite, double bed), it has all the comfort for the guest to save $ and cook on site (stove, refrigerator and household utensils, barbecue and external laundry). Sleeps up to 4 people. It's in the back of my house, it has a dividing gate between the houses. Pets are allowed, as long as they are docile. The car should be parked parallel to the street (quiet neighborhood). Notify about check-in after 9 p.m., as it will be evaluated.
