Completely renovated in 2024, fully equipped (AC, WIFI, TV, appliances, barbecue, plancha), it consists of 4 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets including 2 separate, an office, a laundry room and a gym It has three terraces in the shade of the pine trees and a very pleasant garden with swimming pool.

Very nice 120 m2 apartment with panoramic views, parking, refurbished in August 2018, located on the seafront with terrace, on the 4th floor of a luxury residence. Ideally located, a 10-minute walk from Gare d 'Arcachon and 100 meters from the pedestrian shopping street with many restaurants. Very nice beach facing the residence (Plage Thiers). The famous Thiers Pier is 200 meters away from where the fireworks from July 14 and August 15 are drawn each year.

Lovely little bright fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you'll be steps from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our small house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and we are happy to share it with you!
