Between forest and ocean

Access to the beach is via a small footbridge at the edge of the forest, the surf school is just at the end. Behind the building, the bike path can take you to the lake or the village. A 5-minute walk away you will find the pedestrian street with its restaurants, bars, shops, entertainment and delicious ice cream. It's a bright, cozy and calm apartment. The apartment is on the ground floor of a typical Arcachon villa. It also includes a large garden, a car location and two private terraces. In the heart of the winter city, residential and quiet area, everything is within walking distance: center, beach, market, train station. We do not live there, a key box allows our visitors to take possession of the premises independently. We are available by phone call. A company prepares the property after each rental.

Welcome to my bohemian little cocoon! My apartment is a large, bright 25m2 studio located on the 1st and last floor of one of the oldest buildings in La Teste-de-Buch. The decoration was done by me and the apartment has been completely repainted recently. The kitchen has been redone. If you are looking for a magical break in the Arcachon bay then my apartment has everything to seduce you with the charm of the old, its neat decoration and its ideal location.
