The house backs onto the forest with a small gate for access for dog walks and exploring. The area is very calm and the house is accessed through a large electric gate onto a large secure parking area. The accommodation is on the first floor and private from the main house. Very quiet neighborhood (sometimes our neighbor's ducks quack). Bike paths 50 m away. 5 min drive to the market. First Pyla beaches: 10 minutes by car. I suggest preparing a full breakfast (€10/person): hot drink, 1 fruit juice, 1 fruit, 1 pastry, 1/2 baguette, butter, jam.
