The house is on two levels, it is completed by a little garden with the possibility of a small outdoor space for the exclusive use of guests. Central but quiet area, you can park your car in front of the house.

Francesco is a very nice host. We used Google Translation to communicate because we didn't speak Italian. The accommodation is clean. The furniture (apart from the fridge, washing machine and microwave which are new) is dated but functional and that's all we needed. Although noisy, the portable air conditioner saved our nights. Indeed we are not used to sleeping under such temperatures. A pair of earplugs and it's all set. The bathroom is refurbished, it's appreciated. The garden is amazing, passion fruit, lemons, oranges... a real joy. Travel can be done on foot for the beach or restaurants. These 2 days off in our road-trip were at their best. Grazie Francesco!

A perfect location and a beautiful house! We wished we had booked for longer. The views were incredible with the most beautiful sunsets. Maria was the perfect host - really helpful and so welcoming. The house was spotless and charming - we felt totally at home during our stay. Can’t wait to come back.

Great stay in Parghelia in August. Two-room apartment in the very nice villa. View from the window of the beautiful room...directly on the sea and on Tropea. Even more evocative to enjoy the wonderful sunsets directly on the deck chairs located in the villa's park. Everything is clean and in order of our arrival with the host who is always present and available. Pro active and responsive Mrs. Ivana did not miss anything. A plus for your friendliness. Well-equipped and functional apartment. Wonderful natural ventilation of the same. Air conditioning not used. Great for beach vacation with family. Location close to Michelino and Vardano beaches,…about 10 minutes walk. Parghelia's country even closer. Trope 5 minutes by car. Strategic location really. Congratulations. Great stay.

Overall this place was exactly as advertised. Beautiful views and and amazing outdoor area that we took full advantage of, including the relaxing outdoor shower. Private parking and a quick drive to anywhere you needed to get to. I would highly recommend staying here 10/10

Located high up, the MARASUSA estate offers you a superb view of TROPEA, both in the morning and in the evening, at sunset. Maintained daily by Carmelo, the tireless and very responsive intendant, the site has a very clean and thoughtful swimming pool, green lawns watered every day, carved trees...Superb estate ... MEYKE and GUY's apartment, very clean, and tidy, has a beautiful open terrace, bounded by walls and hedges. In the apartment, there is also an A/C at the top, a very nice bathroom, but also a lot of storage, which is super appreciated. Nice rental ….
