Waterfront holiday rentals in Park County

We had a good time! It was very well stocked and was also quite roomy. Our family of 4 was impressed with the space. Usually photos try to make things look bigger than they are and we felt like it was the opposite this time. We liked that you could easily walk into town or the village without having to drive. Maybe only a 5 minute walk or so. I felt like the walk to the lift was a bit of a hike, especially in ski boots. The path was also icy so that didn’t help. For adults it’s not too bad, but with younger kids…it’s a little tough. The pool and hot tubs were great. They close a little earlier than most places I’ve been to (8pm). When we stayed, it was quite warm, so the walk there and back wasn’t bad, but sub-freezing temperatures would be uncomfortably cold. Also annoying is having to stop at the check in office for keys. It’s 2025-number pad locks are much easier. Overall, a 5 star review even with my minor complaints 😇 and I would book this condo again.

Amazingly great location. Close to dozens of great restaurants and shops. A quarter mile, 9 minute walk to gondola, while carrying ski gear. Indoor parking, which was amazing. Beautiful views. We were too busy to use all amenities, such as hot tub, so can't comment on that. Only really issue was that it was hot at night. We were there for late spring skiing, so weather was just warmer than expected. Would definitely recommend. Did I mention the fantastic location?

My ten year old daughter and I stayed here over her spring break and it was absolutely perfect. We did not need our car the whole time we were there which is a huge plus in Breckenridge. It's a cozy place with one bedroom and it has everything you need for a ski or mountain vacation. We would stay again!

I had to book this place very last minute due to a different airbnb not working out, and it was so great! Very nice space and easy check in.

My wife and I came to Breckenridge for our grandson’s destination wedding. The accommodations we booked were absolutely perfect. The king size mattress was very comfortable and, with two full bathrooms, my wife and I were each able to have our own. Thoughtful touches abounded, such as a power strip next to the bed and a fresh bag of Peets coffee in the kitchen. And many more thoughtful surprises. The joyful sound of cascading water three floors down from our balcony was sublime. We absolutely loved everything about our stay at this location in Breckenridge. We will be back!

We really enjoy the Fairplay area and have visited several times but this was our first time at this home. The neighborhood is very easy to get to and very quiet. We especially loved the pond. We saw 2-3 moose every day we were there. We also had deer, magpies and ducks visit the pond area. The outside space is very peaceful and relaxing. We did have a couple of neighborhood dogs run up to the house but they were pretty friendly. We enjoy hiking the Pika and Pennsylvania trails which are not too far away.

Erika's home was genuinely one of the best airbnb stays we have had in a long time. Her home is well furnished, extremely comfortable and clean with gorgeous surroundings. We were so close to running trails and right next to the river. The fenced in back yard was wonderful for our dog and I was able to work remotely with great wifi connection. Thank you so much to Erika for all the thoughtful details which made our stay so comfortable and peaceful

There are many thoughtful touches to make guests comfortable: extra blankets and pillows, fan with remote in each room, drawers in the closet for easy unpacking, to name a few. Our favorite part was the path down to the river.

My family had such a wonderful trip here. The house was beautiful and the lay out was perfect for all of us. After a sudden cancellation of my dog sitter, they were able to do a last minute accommodation that allowed me to still come with my old girl (with restrictions which I was happy to abide by). I would 100% return to this location or one of their other properties. Thank you to the person who answered the phones over the weekend to help me get all squared away. She was a pleasure to work with and extremely helpful and kind. :)

We had a fantastic stay. The location is perfect, and the home is beautiful. Hot tub is a great touch! The beds are really comfortable and we loved our time. Would recommend!

Incredible spot in BV! The house has so much character and was perfect for our group. The property is as beautiful as it gets and the house is better stocked than my house at home. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful views! Great place! It was really windy so not much fishing so the beautiful pool table got a lot of attention! It was a 4 men and 3 boys get a way come true! The fireplace didn't work but we had a great time on the patio with the fire pit and grill just telling stories and making new memories! Careful the water is HoT! Would definitely do it again!

Our stay at RiverSong was an absolutely enchanting experience. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the serene beauty of the property, which is nestled just steps away from the majestic Arkansas river. Waking up to the gentle warmth of the sun, with the tranquil sounds of nature all around us, was truly a magical way to start each day. In the evenings, we found ourselves drawn to the beautiful wood-burning stone fireplace, where we enjoyed cozy moments accompanied by the soothing sounds of the crackling fire. The kitchen had all utensils, spices, and condiments needed to prepare our meals, and the king size beds provided the ultimate in comfort and relaxation. It truly felt like a luxurious retreat, and we were impressed by the attention to detail and top-notch furnishings throughout the home. Our stay felt like a dream, and we are already looking forward to our next stay. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us.

This was a great place off the bike path in Breckenridge. It was quiet and Katie had all the amenities that we needed for the weekend.

We had such a wonderful stay at the condo! It was beautiful and very clean. The complex was beautiful and quiet. The deck has an amazing view. Main street is about a 10 minute walk. We would absolutely return

One of the best places we stayed on our trip! The location truly can’t be beat. right in downtown Breckenridge with everything just a short walk away. We were able to park at the property and explore the town on foot, which made our stay super convenient and stress-free. The amenities were a huge bonus! Between the indoor/outdoor pool, multiple hot tubs, saunas, and a game room, we had plenty to enjoy without even leaving the property. It made for a fun and relaxing stay. We did experience a small hiccup at check-in, but the hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful in resolving everything quickly, which we really appreciated. That kind of service makes all the difference, and it's exactly why I’d 100% stay here again. Only suggestion: it would’ve been great if shampoo and conditioner were provided 🙃 But other than that, absolutely loved it!

great spot for ski season! we stayed this past weekend over the closing of peak 9 and it was a very convenient 3-5 minute walk to/from from quicksilver lift, in addition to being walkable to town. Jacquie's place was clean, comfortable, and super cute and I would definitely stay again

This was one of the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. The condo is immaculately clean, excellent views, so close to everything including downtown and other restaurants. Easy check in/out. Jeffrey and Sandy were fantastic hosts! We had our 5 year old and 1.5 year old with us—they had everything we needed for the kids and the area was perfect for families.

This condo has a great view of the mountains and is perfectly located in downtown Breckenridge. The condo had everything we needed for our 2 night visit. Comfortable bed and nice amenities. Highly recommend.

Oliver's place exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect and the view outstanding. So easy to walk right over to the Quicksilver chair. We had everything needed to cook all of our meals. The kitchen was organized and clean. We enjoyed the hot tub. We were happy there was a complementary washer and dryer right down the hall. Each evening the resort has some kind of small food event for an hour for everyone. One night it was grilled cheese and tomato soup another warm cookies and milk. It was a nice ambiance. We would stay again!
