Alessandro sent us clear and precise instructions. This allowed us to arrive and leave independently. The apartment is very beautiful, functional and well-equipped. We enjoyed the air conditioning with temperatures of 38 degrees outside. Another appreciable point: we had access to a private and secure garage. No difficulty to go to the city center on foot in about 25 minutes. We would highly recommend this apartment.

Great place. Convenient location, although a bit tricky to reach by car. We ended up parking 8 min away and carrying our luggage. Would be nice to know in advance how to reach the side road for unloading. The place itself is spacious and comfortable, even though it is very echo-y. Air conditioning works beautifully.

Large accommodation located in a large house with a very large garden. Ideal with young children. It has everything you need and the comfort to have a pleasant stay. Neighbors are adorable. It was very nice to be in the apartment, it is very close to the train station and the city center, you can go by bus or on foot and be there in a few minutes. The apartment is well furnished and as described in the listing. Communication with Simonne was very good and she is a very kind person. I'll go back.

Comfortable well placed apartment, within a reasonable walk to the city and with parking and a garage. Communications were prompt and very clear and helpful. The apartment is very well equipped and organised. It has an airy feel helped by the insect blinds, you do need to be able to walk upstairs.

Conveniently located within walking distance of the train station and all the great places to visit in downtown Parma. The flat has a feeling of tranquility and is comfortable. We shared it the apartment with a friend it was great for that because it has 2 bathrooms that have their own showers in them.

Very family-friendly accommodation, we were on the fourth floor with an elevator, small balcony in the kitchen with table and chairs, great for outdoor breakfast and smoking. Apartment with 2 bathrooms. Possibility of parking in the garage if you can't find a parking space on the street.

Highly recommended! Ideal accommodation to explore Parma and its surroundings, especially if you arrive by car (accommodation located outside the ZTL and free parking nearby - at the bottom of the building if you are lucky or in the neighborhood a few minutes walk away, many very good shops nearby and center easily accessible on foot in 25 minutes). The neighborhood is quiet and residential, authentic immersion with the locals. Spacious accommodation, very clean, comfortable bedding, as described, where you feel very good! First of all, Cristina is an amazing host: always responsive, friendly and helpful. The apartment is spacious and clean with everything you need for a long stay. Big attention to details with understanding what person could need for a comfortable stay. The apartment is located in a wonderful central area in Parma with walking distance to all the city sites.

I wish I could rate this as six stars. Everything about the location, apartment and host was spectacular. The view of the hills and mountains in the distance were worth the drive. The apartment was spotlessly clean and everything we could want was provided. Mathieu is warm, friendly, and very helpful with his suggestions which were spot on.

Great rental!! Paolo is an exceptional host and always available!! He gave us all the good addresses for our visits and restaurants. Do not hesitate to book with him the visits of the parmesan and parma ham factories (he even accompanied us)!! The pool and the exceptional jacuzzi! The accommodation is clean and fully equipped! The perfect breakfast!!Go there with your eyes closed. I highly recommend this listing!

The perfect accommodation to discover Parma. It is perfectly located to reach everything on foot and at the same time nice and quiet. A sweet café right on the doorstep - a few houses away a great trattoria. In addition, super nicely furnished - in the kitchen you will find everything you need to conjure up something at home (yes, at home😁). We felt very comfortable - for us there is now only one accommodation in Parma. :)

We would like to give more stars, as the stay was more than perfect. Incredibly clean and attention to detail. The family is super friendly and also gave us a small tour of the farm. The hospitality is great. We felt like at home. The spa is really clean and relaxing. We hope that we can arrange to see the accommodation and the family again. Thank you for the dairy products on arrival! Thanks to the host's tip, we ate at the "Ristorante Pizzeria al Caminetto" with Massimo in the evening. Authentic and incredibly delicious. Clear recommendation!

We had a very good time in the apartment, although it is a unique room with kitchen and room, it is quite spacious and clean. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom is also spacious. In the garden there is a table with and a barbecue. You can leave your car in the free parking lot in front of the house. The area is quiet and close to many interesting castles to visit. The owner who lives above the apartment is very kind and always available.

We highly recommend this flat! It was all we could ask for. Went there with our grown up children and loved every second. Especially appreciated the kind welcome and good communication since this was our first visit.
