Romina is a very welcoming person and attentive to details. The house is beautiful and well furnished, as well as being in an area surrounded by greenery and far from the hustle and bustle of the city. Highly recommended.

The apartment is very spacious, bright, comfortable and extremely well organized. There is a washing machine and dishwasher, which are very useful for longer stays. We stayed in January and enjoyed the independent heating and the very warm and comfortable house. The apartment is for two people, and there is plenty of space available. The entrance and balcony are very nice. In addition, being in an internal courtyard, the apartment is very quiet and sheltered. Nearby, really a short walk away, there is the Bigoleria al Torchio, very good. Easily reachable on foot from the station, it is also very close to the historic center of Mantua, it really takes just a few minutes on foot to be in Sant'Andrea, 10-15 to the Ducal Palace. Mrs. Pierangela was precious, generous with advice and always present for questions or concerns.

We really enjoyed the night spent at James's in a quiet and green countryside, I highly recommend this host.

Very very clean house, had A/C so perfect with this heat weave. Marioara is very reactive, we had lovely goodies on arrival and a huge fruit basket. The area is very peaceful which is perfect after a day of sightseeing in the city. Definitely recommended.

This was our second stay at Pinuccia's lovely B&B and we were just as enamored. It is just outside the old part of Castell Arquarto, easy to walk into town. The amenities are excellent - she has thought of everything one could need or want, including a delicious homemade cake. The refrigerator is well stocked and she makes sure there is plenty to snack on, as well as for breakfast. Everything is spotless, comfortable, and decorated beautifully. Pinuccia is a wonderful host - friendly, welcoming, and respectful of your privacy. We will always choose her B&B when in the area!

Lovely clean, spacious and comfortable apartment in the historic centre of Modena. Within 5 minutes walk of the Cathedral and Civic Museum/Estense gallery. A good base for visiting Modena, Bologna and Parma. Nice to have breakfast provided in a bar. There was some confusion about the breakfast vouchers (it would have been better to provide one voucher per person per day) but the bar staff were lovely and helpful about this. Mattia responded quickly to any questions.

Giulia and her mom are two wonderful people. They welcomed us from the first moment with cordiality and extreme availability, presenting us with a spacious, clean and comfortable accommodation in every way. They also welcomed our dog with love, who always accompanies us, and this is very appreciated as unfortunately not all hosts are available to do. More than positive experience so our return from them is taken for granted.

The location of the house offers spectacular views of the hills, the castle, and the Rossena tower. Isolina is very welcoming, makes you feel at home and offers a generous breakfast on the terrace (the best homemade pancakes ever eaten). The house is fresh and clean, the bathroom has a modern double shower and the kitchen offers everything you need (including oil, salt, etc.). We had a great time and will definitely be back!

My family only had a short stay at Roberto's apartment, but we wanted to stay longer. The apartment is more than spacious and very comfortable for the whole family. Roberto went out of his way to be helpful and also provided breakfast (with a lot of options). Amazing stay. Highly recommended. We will definitely visit again on our next Italy trip!

Very nice apartment in the historic center of Mantua, a stone's throw from Palazzo Ducale. I was impressed by the organization of the apartment: there is everything you need and more. Paola is wonderful, she welcomed us on our arrival and gave us all the necessary information. The breakfast provided by Paola and the directions to the local restaurants were very much appreciated. It was very convenient to arrive by car to the entrance of the apartment thanks to the ZTL pass. I hope, in the future, to be able to be a guest of Paola in her beautiful apartment again. Absolutely perfect accommodation! The apartment was located in a quiet neighborhood where there were nice neighbors. The apartment was clean, cozy (just like the photos), and Gabriele was a super host. He gave us a lot of tips and was very welcoming. We stayed with him for a week and thanks to this stay we fell in love with Modena and we will definitely be back someday🩷. And the big plus was the friendly and wonderful kitties in the area. 🤩

Paolo and Roberto greeted us in person when we arrived. They remained contactable throughout our stay. We experienced 2 issues and they were quick to assist. ALDI is nearby, which is a great supermart option. The main attractions are within 20min walk, which isn't a problem for us because it gives us a chance to see other things along the way. The house itself is also a great place to kick back. There's a full kitchen so while we didn't cook beyond boiling water and using the toaster, the option is there. There was also water, some snacks - a great start if you've just come in from a long trip. Toilet is great; towels and linen all there. A full working house really. And such pleasant hosts.

Lira greeted us, we communicated via Google translate app. She gave great local restaurant recommendations and made reservations for us. Room was spacious, comfortable, with extra linens and king bed. En-suite bathroom, plenty of hot water. Large breakfast, farm fresh, served by host. Great coffee, pastries and farm products. I loved my stay with Luidmila and her family and felt really at home. Luidmila and her family are totally warm, open and helpful and the accommodation is simply fantastic. I loved every little detail of this house and also the breakfast with the piano music in the background was just beautiful to wake up to. I also took a walk to the castle ruins, which are nearby, and enjoyed the landscape. I was very well taken care of, I was helped and the exchange with Google Translate was really exciting. Stefano is everything you want in an Airbnb host. He greeted us as we drove up and showed us around. He offered a well priced breakfast of homemade jams and bread and fresh fruit. One day while sitting in the common area he brought out homemade syrup that we mixed with water for a delicious treat. The place itself is wonderful to relax. Comfy bed and a private balcony to sit and enjoy the view. Breakfast every morning was on the patio with another exceptional view. After only two days we were feeling incredibly refreshed.

We only spent one night in this great house, but we'll definitely be back! Very clean accommodation, equipped with all the accessories in the kitchen, a wide choice for breakfast. Warm house, comfortable bed, very intimate atmosphere, then the relaxation room with the Jacuzzi and the fireplace is spectacular! Stefano is a very helpful and kind person, he waited for us beyond check-in time, he was out in the rain waiting for us! Great experience!
