Ti piacerebbe alloggiare nella vecchia ex fattoria Ferretti? Oggi è un accogliente casa di campagna con due appartamenti indipendenti. Il più grande dei due è proprio l’Abitazione del Lauro. Un grande spazio con 4 camere da letto, 2 bagni, cucina, soggiorno e ingresso indipendente. E' ideale per famiglie o gruppi. Soggiornerete così poco sotto le colline dell’Appennino Tosco-Emiliano, nella pace della campagna, circondati dagli animali selvatici e immersi nel nostro grande giardino attrezzato.

Relaxing stay

L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

Belfortilandia, the small rustic villa

In an oasis of peace and tranquility, surrounded by unspoiled nature, we rent a small rustic mountain villa that is part of an ancient fief of the castle of Belforte (in Borgo Val di Taro), completely renovated while maintaining an ancient state of preservation. It enjoys a beautiful panoramic view of the Taro valley up to the Ligurian mountains. It is surrounded by chestnut woods and centuries-old oaks, just a 10-minute drive from Borgo Val di Taro, the main village.

Entire accommodation, recently renovated (2022) with two private outdoor parking spaces, independent access, large private fenced garden and 25 sqm terrace. The house consists of two double bedrooms, a bedroom with two bunk beds, a living room, a lounge/study, two bathrooms, kitchen, a laundry room and a small cellar. You can easily walk within minutes of the Station and for those arriving by car and needing to park it is no more than 100 metres from the underground car park on Via Kennedy.
