Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Parnell

Our group of 7 stayed 5 nights. The pictures are accurate, the house is beautiful, we did not want to leave. It was very clean with no personal clutter which I love. Spectacular views of Rangitoto and a very relaxing atmosphere. Plenty of room for 2 families to spread out and you can have privacy when needed. There is so much house here and I don't think we used all the rooms, so lots of space. Big bedrooms with big beds. The pool was really nice but we didn't use due to the weather but the fire was very cosy Furnishings are new and beautiful, bed are comfy and huge, loved the quality linen. Lots of cutlery, cups, plates etc Mandy was very easy to communicate with and was very generous to us with snacks and drinks to welcome us, she also allow us an early check in which was so helpful I would definitely re book in a heart beat 10/10 Spectacular Home

Great stay at Debbie’s place in Parnell! The location was perfect—close to everything—and check-in was super easy. The space was just right for our group and very clean. Would definitely stay again!

We recently stayed at Colin’s home for a week and completely enjoyed our stay. It was modern, comfortable, beautifully appointed, VERY clean, peaceful, quiet, with off street parking. The neighborhood was great for morning walks/runs and there was also a great coffee shop and local tavern around the corner. Colin was flexible with check in as well which was a huge benefit to us and greatly appreciated. We will definitely be staying here again!

We loved our stay at Lisa’s place. It is well equipped and so homely. It’s in a great location and the off street parking is so convenient. Lisa was a great host who was super responsive and friendly :) We would love to stay again and would whole heartedly recommend!

I had a great stay, just a little mishap but it wasn't the host's fault, visitors parked in the assigned parking lot, so we had to park in the neighbor's parking lot. But otherwise, it was impeccable. Super responsive and kind host.

We had the most wonderful stay here, the surroundings were serene and the house utterly beautiful. Everything was so well presented and the beds were super luscious and comfy. Eva was exceptional in her care and communication, it is clear she has an eye for detail. We will absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

I especially appreciated the bathroom it is so comfortable and relaxing after a long wall.the garden is so beautiful. We had a great stay! The hosts were very kind and always willing to help with any questions or issues. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. It’s definitely a place we’d love to stay again, and we’d gladly recommend it to our friends and family.

I loved staying here! The setting is gorgeous and the apartment is gorgeous! It is comfortable and well-appointed with everything you could need and more. Pam is a wonderful host, ready to help whatever needed. I was sad to leave and hope to have another opportunity to return.

This is a fabulous place to stay. Spacious, private, well presented and with a great view of the night lights of Auckland City. Great location in the centre of lovely Devonport with easy access to restaurants, shops and galleries. Easy to access the ‘village’ feel that the locals are so proud of. Very near to the ferry to the city. As someone who lived in Devonport I would say that Trish’s place would be one of the best to fully enjoy your time there. Trish is friendly and proactive, and very quick to respond to any problems. Try it.

Great location, quiet street 5 minutes stroll to Jervois Road

I had a fantastic stay at Amanda and her husband’s place in Auckland. The location was ideal, just a short walk to my course venue with easy transport and a great café downstairs for early starts. The apartment felt like home, spacious with beautiful views, and stayed warm and cozy. I loved the kitchen for prepping meals and the huge TV was perfect for relaxing at night. Amanda thought of everything, from a well-stocked pantry to my favorite Nespresso machine. The bathroom was spotless with great water pressure, just like a hotel. A nearby local 4 Square had anything else I needed, though most essentials were already provided. I’m quite particular and this place exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay again if traveling solo. Highly recommended!

Thank you for a lovely stay Lilly. Lillys place is lovely, it was walking distance to Ponsenby shops and central to all the areas we wanted to visit. Lilly had a cot set up for our daughter when we arrived and was very welcoming. She left us to it after showing us how to get into the apartment. The house spacious and clean and the house had everything that we needed. A beautiful home.

We really enjoyed our stay at Irene’s. It was great to be so close to the beach and there were lots of shops and cafes within walking distance. It’s a scenic 20 minute drive to Snow Planet is that is part of your holiday plans. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay a pleasure. Irene was so friendly, helpful and caring. We would definitely stay again.

Mathilde was so friendly and supportive. She has prepared a wonderful guide with walking maps and cafe recommendations. The flat was well stocked, warm and comfortable. It’s a lovely area with gorgeous bush walks and cafes within walking distance and beaches via a short drive. We will definitely stay again.

It was a spacious and pleasant place to stay. There’s a very popular café on the ground floor, which was a big plus. The host always responded quickly, whether it was early in the morning or late at night, and genuinely cared about whether I was comfortable. I’d love to stay here again the next time I visit Auckland!
