Holiday rentals with a patio in Parnell

Had the best stay and it was the nicest apartment and the most amazing view! Thank you so much for making this one of the best trips we have ever had! We will be back again! Absolutely stunning!

This was a stunning apartment in Auckland. It is very clean and very well kept. Views of the city are wonderful. It is by a lot of things, and there is plenty to do in the area. Our goal was to be close to Les Mills Auckland and it was a very short walk to there. The hosts are very responsive, helpful, and kind. We wanted to store luggage so we wouldn't have to wheel around our stuff after checkout and they provided a storage locker in the building for 6 carry-on luggage and 6 backpacks, so plenty of storage for our items. Everything felt secure and safe. Thanks for hosting us!

Great location in Viaduct Harbour. Our hosts met us to help with check in. The studio has a partition between the bed and seating area which helps make the space feel more like a small 1 bed apartment. The building has a gym and pool which was useful in bad weather. A highlight was eating at the nearby Auckland Fish Market.

Nice and clean apartment in a great location! Super close to New Market Mall 👌 Also had free parking! Beautiful modern bathroom with excellent shower pressure and floor heating! I recommend!

One of the coolest AirBnb’s I’ve stayed at. Very trendy, I loved all of the small details and the place felt very homey and comfortable. Pui and team were quick to answer to all questions I asked and made sure everything went smoothly. Location was amazing and had everything you needed on the doorstep. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone who visits Auckland!

The accommodations are prepared with careful consideration for guests. It is located in a location with a lot to enjoy on foot.

Eduardo was a fantastic host and the property was more than we had hoped for. Check in was easy and Eduardo provided detailed instructions before arrival to help us locate the parking and room with ease. The property was clean, spacious and perfect for our group of 4. We would recommend this place highly to anyone and the location in the centre of Auckland was amazing. Great value for money!

What a special place to spend a few days in the city. It was a corner of peace surrounded by a mini rainforest that Maureen and Stephan had beautiful curated. They had thought about all the little details, with blankets and a heater as we were going into winter, some supplies of tea, coffee etc, a mini laundry and the icing on the cake was the hot tub. Thank you for sharing this beautiful place! Would highly recommend.

The house is in a very good conditions. The electronic appliances are very nice too. The host is very helpful.

Absolutely beautiful house, we had a great stay at Fiona's place! It's a great location too, it was lovely being able to walk down to the beach. Everything is as listed and looks like the photos, would definitely recommend to other guests.

What a spot! This house is beautiful - open, airy, light and spacious, and the mid-century-modern styling was right up our alley. We made the most of the sunny weather in the sprawling gardens, and the cold plunge and sauna were such a luxury - it definitely felt like we were staying at a private retreat while still being close to everything. Katie and Dan were super responsive and helpful with any questions we had too, and ensured we had an easy and comfortable stay. Looking forward to staying again next time we're in Auckland.

This was our favorite cottage during our trip to New Zealand. ❤️ A big thank you to our host, Sommer, for preparing everything for us. The kitchen had everything we needed, making our stay even more convenient. This lovely cottage is even more beautiful and comfortable than in the photos. We also loved the location—just a 3-minute walk to a park, 5 minutes to great restaurants, and 10 minutes to the beach. We will definitely be back! ☺️

Paul and Hong were wonderful hosts! The place and the neighborhood are amazing! Friendly people and safe. So close to everything, restaurants, grocery store, bus and of course, the beach. There is an excellent walk along the ocean from St. Heliers right to downtown Auckland. Place is beautiful and has everything you need and very clean. Paul and Hong came by and gave us excellent suggestions on where to visit as well. They were so friendly and accommodating. Thank you for an amazing trip!! Cheers, Christine and James

We had a great stay in this beautiful small home. Nice and handy to the absolutely delicious Little Sicily restaurant in Onehunga, and to Cornwall Park parkrun and to the conference in Ellerslie that we were attending. Really handy having a washing machine and drier available too. We loved the beautiful attention to detail in this house.

We had a great stay in this lovely accommodation. Perfect for a couple. It was very quiet despite being off a main road and it was fantastic having the bus into the city right outside the door. Great coffee place across the road. Everything was very well described and Carol was a responsive and helpful host. Thanks 😊

John’s apartment is not a great apartment. No, it’s a VERY great apartment, probably the best I have ever rented in Auckland. Ideally located, very well furnished, full of light, it ticks all the boxes.

Really great place we enjoyed our stay the balcony is really nice to sit on great sunsets and the sound proofing is quite good so you don’t hear the motorway. Really close to Albany mall and the surrounding bays, so many great places to eat. And it was only 20 mins into the city. Would recommend it for a super affordable stay in Auckland.

Thank you for a lovely stay Lilly. Lillys place is lovely, it was walking distance to Ponsenby shops and central to all the areas we wanted to visit. Lilly had a cot set up for our daughter when we arrived and was very welcoming. She left us to it after showing us how to get into the apartment. The house spacious and clean and the house had everything that we needed. A beautiful home.

This was our second time staying at Jacqui’s place and it won’t be the last. Absolutely love this place. Location is perfect with so many restaurants, cafes, shops within walking distance. This is an amazing place to stay. The apartment is new, modern and clean. The furnishings are second to none. The location could not be any better. More than all of that, Michael goes above and beyond to be a first-class host. There are numerous extras such as cheese, fruit, fresh artisan bread just to name a few, which makes the whole experience really wonderful. Such a thoughtful host and I would highly recommend to anyone.
