It has morning sun on the roof terrace with a distant view and a balcony. 1.60 m bed, bathtub, TV, WiFi and kitchenette. Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. You can reach a 24-hour shop and restaurant within walking distance, and a 5-minute walk to the bus to Aschaffenburg HBF. I am looking forward to your visit !

Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

With the first rays of sun you will be awakened in the bedroom and can enjoy the sunset on the apartment's own terrace or from the living room. Due to the unobstructed location on the outskirts, you can relax wonderfully in nature and reach the town center with its gastronomy, train station, outdoor swimming pool and retail on foot. The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Small attic apartment in the Steinbach district fully furnished. Beautiful view towards Lohr and the Main. Street parking is available. You share the staircase with us and our 2 boys, who are lively but sweet and only come downstairs in the evening. A wardrobe is still under construction. In the bathroom there is a bathtub and separate shower. Playground or bakery are in the immediate vicinity, everything else then in the tourist town of Lohr.

Idyllic tiny house in the middle of nature, on the edge of the Snow White town of Lohr am Main. In the house, built in 2022, there is a living area, kitchen, bathroom and a cozy bedroom in the attic. The private terrace overlooking the Spessart Forest invites you to dream. The hiking trail starts right outside the door. Two-legged friends are rarely seen here, but four-legged friends are. Our small zoo consists of dogs, cats and mini pigs.

Live in the middle of Spessart

Everything went well, just as you always want AirBnB: the check-in without problems, Mareike is easy, friendly and helpful. In the apartment everything is there - including water and coffee capsules! ...and milk even brought me the good Mareike. Upstairs a spectacular view from the kitchen and bedroom! The only thing I only gave 4 stars for is the location. The advantage: very conveniently located. The (resulting) disadvantage: directly on a major street. But at least separated by a wall and a stable roller shutter, so even children and dogs are not in danger. And of course spectacular motorcycle routes! All in all of me a very clear recommendation!

The two of us spent a weekend in Lohr. Anne Marie's place was very cozy and clean. The amenities were perfect, both in terms of kitchen and bathroom and living area. We felt at home from the start and would be very happy to come back. You can reach the old town in a few minutes and several hiking trails are also within walking distance from the front door.

Our stay at Aco and Susi's place was great. We were warmly welcomed and were always in good hands with questions or concerns. The apartment is spacious, the kitchen well equipped and all in top condition. We felt comfortable from the first day and can highly recommend the apartment. If we are back in the area, the place with Aco and Susi would be our first choice.

The four of us had a great stay in Hösbach. The beautiful house and the surroundings with the bamboo garden speak for themselves. The Bamboo House is an architectural masterpiece. Everything perfect for a relaxed extended weekend. Thanks again to Stefanie for the unique experience in the bamboo garden/house. Would love to come back anytime!
