Notice to travelers, Small house nestled in an alley of the medieval district where life is good. On the ground floor, you will find an entrance, 3 sleeping cabins (2 sleeping cabins 140 x 190 and 1 bunk bed cabin 90 x 190) and a bathroom with shower which is accessed through one of the bedrooms. The upper floor has a living room with wood-burning stove, an equipped kitchen and an exterior. You will appreciate, among other things, free parking nearby, garden, Wi-Fi network, TV...

The Presbytère des Groseillers-79 gîte

Located in the heart of Les Deux-Sevres, Le Presbytère des Groseillers, is perfectly placed to shine between the Gâtine, Parthenay, Niort, Marais Poitevin, La Rochelle, La Vendee and Puy du Fou. In addition to the surrounding countryside and the stream of L'Autize, hosts can enjoy on site painting exhibitions and musical instruments (piano, guitar, percussion). Come and enjoy an atypical 25 m² cabin in the heart of nature. I built this quiet little cocoon that can accommodate one to three people (a 140 bed and a sofa bed). Guests can take advantage of the large wooden terrace and its beautiful sunsets. Our philosophy in the heart of nature and in line with it required the installation of dry toilets (external and attached to the accommodation). The Nordic bath is private and optional.

Cozy loft in the city

In a green setting we offer a quiet, warm, self-contained loft, a short walk from the city center, close to shops and 20'walk to the SNCF train station. We have kept the authenticity of the place and provide a complete service (linens, cleaning, hot drinks, private parking for your bikes or motorcycles only, firewood...). On 40M² we host independently from 1 to 4 people (a queen bed, a 130 sofa bed).

CHECK-IN INFORMATION! We welcome each tenant in person. So we ask all our dear tenants to kindly announce their arrival time in advance and to keep us informed on D-Day at least 30 minutes before.
