Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Pasadena

Wonderful stay at Sandra’s place. It looked even better than the picture. Super spacious and clean- perfect for a group trip. Would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to stay in the area.

We travel to California 3 x a year to visit our grandson, who lives close to this house This was the nicest house and nicest neighborhood we have ever rented. Backyard pool and hot tub were spectacular Grandson spent many hours in pool. I messaged Marie once about hot tub operation and she responded immediately Marie should add more photos to the listing, would represent this beautiful home better

Brett’s home was a great stay for a party of 7 spending a week in Los Angeles. The house was clean and comfortable, and the backyard served as a spacious, relaxing area to hang out / grill in with friends. Parking was simple, shopping centers are within walking distance of the house, and food delivery was plentiful. I would highly recommend it if you are looking to stay in Pasadena.

Our stay in South Pasadena was great - a true home away from home! Host Debora was very kind and responsive. The house was very clean, very comfortable, well stocked for cooking, and is in a great location near plenty of restaurants. Our children loved playing in the backyard, and my husband enjoyed teaching my son the rules of pool and nine ball in the den area. My family stayed here for about a month as we waited for our house in Altadena to be remediated due to the Eaton Fire, and we were very thankful to find such a wonderful home!

The place was easy to find and the parking was a plus. We didn’t have to walk far or anything. Parking spot was right outside the door. The unit was pretty and cozy. It easily sleeps 3 people. We all slept like a baby lol. The amenities included were great. We used the washer and dryer no problem. They are easy to communicate with as well! I will definitely re-book this place if I am in the area again.

David truly was a great host. The coffee machine did not work on day two, David immediately sent over a new unit. Great location. Most importantly it was CLEAN, no hairs on the bed.

Michael’s place was the most beautiful place we’ve ever stayed at. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Los Angeles. The house is up on a hill, so you have an amazing view of LA. His place is very clean, and the beds are super comfortable! I also loved the unique design of the house; it is architecturally stunning.

This is an exceptionally beautiful neighborhood in Pasadena with many historic homes, including this one. It is a very quiet and peaceful place to stay yet there is ready access to every kind of store, service, and transportation corridor. The house is tastefully and thoughtfully curated and designed in keeping with the style of the 1920s, and the backyard is an oasis for a relaxing afternoon. The beds, television, appliances, wifi, and furniture are of good quality and in good condition. We had very relaxing and enjoyable stay while in town to visit family nearby, and we look forward to returning again!

The apartment is great - very clean, spacious and has all the amenities needed for living. The host is very responsive and welcoming! Amazing stay!

Mary’s place was great! There were many food spots right around the corner. It was very spacious and felt cozy. My favorite part was the giant mirror and dimmable lights! Parking and getting inside was easy.

Our place was clean, welcoming and check-in was seamless. Great area with plenty of restaurants, shops, walking spaces to explore and hiking close by. Would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Shawn’s place. I plan to stay there again the next time I’m in LA.

Nice apartment. Location was great and apartment was modern, clean and had everything you could need. Parking and washer/dryer. Maggie was a great host,very helpful. Will use again.

The way Cliff treated us as guests really touched my heart. To say he goes above and beyond is an understatement. The location was literally perfect for us and it’s such a great deal. It really is a private place. We felt nice and tucked away.

The neighborhood is good. The host is very responsive and clear instructions were provided. We enoyed our stay.

House was as expected. The host was extremely accommodating for our big group. Checkin was easy and seamless. The only issue we had was that WiFi didn’t work well in downstairs master. Other than that, this house was everything we needed and more. Irene was fantastic! I wish all hosts were like her.

We planned a girls trip to go to a concert at the Hollywood Bowl. Liza’s place was the perfect location for getting to iconic places we wanted to see outside the concert. Enjoyed the backyard multiple times and Liza always responded promptly regarding any questions we had. Highly recommend and looking forward to coming back!

Vanessa’s Malibu Vista home was perfect for our family to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from Pepperdine. Vanessa went above and beyond to provide us with tables to use outside and help us to accommodate parking for our guests. We also had a barbecue to use.. There were 10 of us staying at her place and it worked perfectly with the two bathrooms on the main level and one bathroom upstairs. Although it was foggy most of the time we were there we got brief glimpses of the amazing ocean view. There were also outdoor places to keep warm by the fire heated table.

Gal made our stay in California feel so comfortable & right at home! She allowed us to have a dinner with a few friends right after my son’s graduation. She definitely welcomed us with some treats, tea & coffee. We truly enjoyed our stay in her beautiful place!

We had a great stay at this house! Our three favorite parts - the awesome views (even better in person), the beautiful pool/hot tub (which was always very clean), and getting to love on Bella (their super sweet dog). Stephen communicates very well. They gave us all the privacy we needed. The house was a perfect size for our family (brought our two kids) and the extra long patio was great. A few areas in the house could use updates (example: the shower knobs are difficult to turn) but it was all clean, which I strongly appreciate. The views, pool, and Bella made our trip amazing for sure! Thank you Stephen and Pim.

Good start, close to 7/11 and playground. Close to 10 freeway.
