The house was beautiful, and very spacious with a large back yard for me and my dog. The furniture and design setup is stunning. They did a great job putting this place together, I felt right at home. Perfect for short term or long term stays.

Nice home in centralized location, close to stores and restaurants while also being near parks and walking trails. Within one hour driving distance of major destinations as well. The heated pool was excellent and got up to temperature within a few days. Being pet friendly was a huge plus and our dogs loved the patio area and fenced-in yard. Hosts were helpful and very responsive. Perfect spot for a small group, family, or those just looking for a cozy home away from home.

Had the pleasure of staying here for a few days. Nice quiet neighborhood and a very peaceful and relaxing time hanging out here. Would not hesitate to book again only next time would like to book a fishing trip on the Reel Anomaly docked out back. Just book it and enjoy.

We really enjoyed our stay. The owner provided a good array of items for use to make the stay comfortable. I personally really enjoyed sitting on the screened porch most mornings. We spent our days going to nearby attractions and visiting family, and felt welcomed returning to this cozy home.

I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs and this has been by far my favorite in Florida. Me and 2 buddies were here for work for a little over a week and we couldn’t have asked for a better place. The location is perfect. Restaurants and bars right on the river all within 5 minutes. We launched some kayaks out the back yard and fished the river. Saw some dolphins toward the gulf. I highly recommend staying here. A huge thing for me is Bathroom water pressure and the master bathroom has a rainfall situation with great pressure and it made me feel right at home. I should’ve booked this place for longer.

This was a great unit. It was really nice being right on the water. Loved how it was decorated. It has a Florida style yet very stylish. 2 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms was perfect for us. The host was great. Would book again.

It’s very evident the host put a lot of thought into how she wanted the home to look, and what her guests may want. The home was pristine clean and very inviting. It brings a feeling of peace the second you walk in the door. I had family staying in hotels locally and they were very impressed with the house and will book in the future. The host was communicative and her instructions and expectations were clear. This is the best air bnb I’ve stayed at. I will definitely be booking again!

We had such a great stay at Ashley’s place! The space was clean, fun, and full of positive energy. There was no shortage of things to do—between the pool, paddleboards, canoe, dart board, and ping pong table, we were entertained the entire time. The rooms and beds were comfortable, and everything was well-kept. Ashley and her co-host were incredibly friendly and respectful of our privacy, staying in their own attached living space. We only saw them briefly on Sunday morning while they were outside doing some yard work—otherwise, we had the place to ourselves. It was a perfect spot for me, my 14-year-old daughter, and her group of eight friends. Everyone had a blast. Highly recommend!

Tim was very responsive and the house and pool were great. Great place for a little fishing and relaxing and would stay again when. In the area.

Overall, we had a fantastic 7-night stay! We’re a family of four, including two kids, and everything about our experience was excellent. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay. The staff was friendly and responsive, making check-in and any requests smooth and hassle-free. One unexpected highlight was the super-fast internet speed, which made it easy to stream, work remotely, and keep the kids entertained with their devices. It really helped everything run smoothly for our family. We’d happily recommend this place to other families and would definitely return for another visit!

The listing was as advertised. Stephanie was in contact to make sure we had everything we needed. Backyard was private and quiet. The door to the pool off the master bath was perfect. We are early risers compared to the rest of our group so we were able to get to the pool/patio area without waking anyone else. The house was clean and stocked with everything you need. We had a wonderful time during our stay and would definitely stay again.

loved the area and condo. We had a nice view of the pool, lagoon and Gulf. Condo had everything we needed. We saw dolphins and manatees. All restaurants we tried were great. Mike was a wonderful host and we would love to come again.

The place had everything we needed and was well stocked on everything from linens, toilet paper, laundry soap, coffee, dish soap and lots of extras! It was dog friendly for our little French bulldog to travel with us. The AC worked well for the hot summer days. We brought our golfcart and had a great time just cruising in the early evening. We look forward to our next trip down there!

Eu e minha família achamos a casa muito confortável, aconchegante e bonita. Amei a bela vista do pôr do sol, aprecie isso todos os dias. Meu marido, meu filho e meu sobrinho amaram andar de kayak e explorar o Rio e tentaram pescar todos dias pela manhã e pela tarde, mas só conseguiram pegar 2 peixinhos. O deck era maravilhoso e fizemos churrasco 2 dias, uma delícia comer e apreciar a vista tranquila e águas profundas. Amamos nossa estádia neste belo lugar, descansamos bastante e também exploramos um pouco a região, A Kelly sempre muito atenciosa e rápida para responder. Só sentimos falta de tomar um banho de mar porque a praia mais próxima apropriada para banho estava fechada. (Pine Island). Com certeza voltaríamos e recomendamos esse lugar!

we had the best time. we took advantage of the kayaks and my 9 year old had fun pretending at the outside bar. we also love corn hole. overall had the best time

This is a delightful little house in a quiet neighborhood and felt secluded. The house was just as described, cozy with all the amenities we needed for our 5 day visit. Her house was extremely clean with comfortable beds and a strong wifi connection! Check-in and check-out were super easy. Maram was a fantastic host and responded quickly with any questions or concerns. I would definitely not hesitate to book her place!

This place is very nice and cozy love that it’s on the water it’s beautiful and the golf cart is an amazing touch , the host is very nice and very accommodating

Oscar and his family gave us first-class treatment for the duration of our stay. He went out of his way to accommodate us in each and every way possible. I would highly recommend staying at the locations he offers.

Daniel and Katherine place was perfect for holding my husband, sons, and brother (for one of the nights). It’s spacious and comfortable. The linens were very nice. The screened in porch was lovely to sit on in the evening. We saw night herons, wood storks and white herons while there. To top it off, it’s close to Tarpon Springs and some great waterfront restaurants.
