House holiday rentals in Passaic County

After the hustle and bustle of working near the city, this home was a much needed peaceful retreat. Spacious; Comfortable; Large bed to sink into at the end of the night; and peaceful grounds. We had our two toy poodles with us and they had a treat running the fenced in yard. If the weather cooperated, we would have been in the pool. Next time-;)

This property is large and roomy with plenty beds to go around including the basement with the pool and ping pong tables plus a home gym with various equipments. The outdoors were fantastic with a very nice temperature controlled pool, Jacuzzi, swings set for the little ones and enough acreage to have a soccer match. The neighborhood was nice and quiet in a great country setting with lots of wildlife to enjoy to include lots of singing birds. Our family reunion was a great success due in part to the before mentioned surroundings. Douglas was always available to resolve minor issues, very responsive and accommodating, thanks for making our stay at this property a great one.

Susan was an excellent host, and everything was clean! The place had all the amenities we needed and more. Finding the location was easy, and Susan provided a wealth of information about places to visit with my family, especially taking the weather into account. I will definitely book again. See you soon!

Really enjoyed our stay at this property! The pool was amazing, water features on the property really gave it an amazingly peaceful feeling. House was comfortable, with newer bathrooms and a wonderful kitchen. Highly recommend Jake, and this property!

This is a great home with plenty of space and much attention has been paid to make your stay comfortable, the stay was excellent and Fonseca was extremely quick to respond to our text messages. Highly recommended to others.

This is the second time we took our family here. Everything is as great as we remembered. The kids enjoyed swimming, jacuzzing, rowing the boat and playing ping pong and billiards when it is raining. Great three-day weekend well spent. The lake view is fantastic and it is 1.5 hours from Manhattan or 2 hours from Brooklyn. The rate did get more expensive comparing to two years ago but I can tell the location is still very popular from June on. I guess May is a nice shoulder season and the host allowed us to do early check in and late check out. Maybe it is more affordable to combine two families or a group of friends.

Anna was wonderful! She was always available whenever we needed to reach out and answered all our questions promptly. She also accommodated my special request to avoid using anything with fragrances before our arrival, which I truly appreciated. The house was impeccably clean and dust-free a huge plus for us due to our allergies. It felt incredibly cozy, and my husband and I especially loved sipping our morning coffee while enjoying the beautiful view, even while being snowed in. We also appreciated the extra pillows, blankets, bedding, towels, and paper towels everything was well stocked for a party of four. We would love to come back in the summertime!

James was a great host and his place was squeaky clean! Probably one of the cleanest Airbnbs I've stayed at. The space is compact and cozy and great for a relaxing weekend for our group of friends.

Milena is an excellent host. She’s extremely responsive and helpful. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos and exactly as described. Cosy, clean, safe and in a beautiful neighborhood, just a few steps away from a wonderful park. Several restaurants and a great bookstore/cafe are only a 20 minute walk away and there’s a direct train into Manhattan. I felt instantly at home—would definitely come back again and will absolutely recommend Milena’s place to my friends. Thanks for a great stay, Milena.

Joseph's place was clean, spacious and in an excellent location. My family and I were in the area to visit our extended family and compared to hotels in the area this place made much more sense and offered a much better value for the price.

Adam's place is very spacious and comfortably fit our family. Adam was a great host and responded quickly to questions. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood and a short driving distance to restaurants, shopping, and attractions. The beds were comfortable and there were multiple large TVs throughout the house. There were plenty of bath towels, blankets and toiletries available. We recommend Adam's house.

We stayed in NuAve’s two-bedroom apartment in Montclair and had a lovely time! It was easy to find, clean, and in a great location. Lots of cute shops in the area and extremely close to the train station to NYC. Overall, a 5/5 stay and we would consider returning if we come back to this area!

Kimberly is a lovely host and communication was great. She addressed issues and concerns immediately. The house was great, hopefully weather will be in our favor next time ! The yard and the outside area we weren’t able to use due to weather but it’s so beautiful! My dog got to run a bit before we left.

The place was super clean. It was spacious, beds were extremely comfortable; It was a great distance from MetLife. Hector was a responsive host, provided clear instructions, and gave the code earlier than expected. Overall great stay!

The home was lovely in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The air freshener in the basement was a bit overwhelming; I would avoid using fragrances since many people have allergies to them. Leaving directions on the use of the air conditioning, ceiling fans and lighting would be very helpful. Thanks for sharing your home with us!♡
