Proche de Chamonix et de Saint-Gervais, l'appartement (environ 45m2 - 1 chambre - wc séparés) est indépendnat mais situé au rez de jardin de mon chalet, où je vis. Calme, exposition sud-ouest (terrasse), ultra facile d'accès, neuf, lumineux, et gai. A proximité de tous les sites touristiques, il est idéal pour rayonner dans le Pays du Mont Blanc. Je me ferai un plaisir de vous accueillir.

My 40 m2 apartment benefits from great comfort and a cozy and warm atmosphere. It is located on the 3rd and top floor (no elevator). Its east/south/west facing balcony offers magnificent panoramic views of Mont Blanc, Mont Joli... Close to Chamonix, Les Houches, Saint Gervais, Megève and 10 minutes from Plaine Joux (skiing, paragliding, hiking...). Shuttle at the foot of the building.
