Living in a half timbered house

This 62 m2 large apartment is located on the second floor of our original half timbered house. A shared staircase leads to this apartment which consists of a living area with two armchairs, a sofa, a kitchenette with a table and 4 chairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has two single beds (adjacent / next to one another) which can be placed together - after consultation, to form a double bed arrangement.

Cozily furnished large living room.- Bedroom with a double bed 1.80 x 2.00 m as well as an additional bedroom for one person with a single bed 90 x 200 cm (simple category) in a quiet location For the guests (max. 3) there is a kitchen with fridge, stove, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, kettle and dishes. As well as a separate toilet-shower room. Linens and towels are included.

Unsere Wohnung liegt direkt am Stadtwald und ist mit Sorgfalt eingerichtet. Es gibt hier ein 1,80 Doppelbett und ein 1,40 Schlafsofa. Die Lage ist mit ihrer Nähe zu Conti, zur MHH, zur Eishockeyhalle, zur City und zum Kantplatz optimal. Einen Parkplatz haben wir auf den Grundstück. Kinder sind herzlich willkommen!
