We really enjoyed our stay at Dock Cottage. It was modern elegance mixed with warm vintage touches. It had everything we needed to make our stay really comfortable and we loved the dock, hot tub and kayaking on the lake. It was quiet and peaceful and felt far away from everything yet we were an easy walk from Miss Nelle’s coffee shop and ice cream stand where we went each morning for a coffee (opens at 7am), Muskoka Brewing Company for a beer and a few other Baysville shops. The communication and instructions were really helpful and we received prompt replies if we had a question so it felt like we were really taken care of. We will definitely be back and recommend it to friends.

Great cozy cottage with a private lake entrance. Miles was a great host. Hot tub & sauna were very enjoyable and overall the place was great.

We had an amazing stay at Greg’s cottage. It was the perfect getaway and the perfect mix between cozy cottage and fancy amenities! We loved the sauna and the hot tub, they were amazing additions to Greg’s. The beds were super comfortable as well which is always a plus at a cottage. Greg was always responsive and was super helpful. We cannot wait to come back to this cozy cottage! Thanks Greg!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was communicative and made check-in super easy. The neighbourhood was quiet, and we felt right at home during our visit. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Loved the cottage very clean, there was cleaning supplies and small things that they keep stocked with was very nice to be able to grab from when we ran out instead of going to town. The hot tub was great very clean, and the screened in porch out front was a great touch aswell.

The cottage was great! Perfect for a weekend out of the city, our group and I loved the entire experience. Janice was very helpful and even left a very sweet personal touch for our stay. Would definitely stay again.

My friends and I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb. We were grateful to the hosts for providing us with so much to do, from the pool table to the hot tub, kayaks, fire pit and a deck with a bbq. One of the most memorable moments for me was watching the views from the dock at sunrise and sunset, it’s beautiful and I encourage anyone reading this to take the time to do the same. Very convenient location as well, 15 minute drive away from the local grocery store and anything else you need in town. I want to thank the host for a great stay and for allowing us to use your family cottage. If we’re in the area again we will definitely return!

We had an amazing weekend celebrating my dad's 70th birthday at this beautiful, secluded property! Hershel was super friendly and communicative from booking through check-out, even giving us great local recommendations when we arrived early. The place was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed—towels, linens, kitchen and BBQ supplies, toiletries, WiFi, and even a TV (though we didn’t need it!). We loved the private river for fishing, the sauna, fire pit, trails, and the stunning views. The check-in guide and house manual were clear and helpful, making everything easy to navigate, and the check-out process was stress-free. A welcome bottle of wine was also such a thoughtful touch! There was so much to do in and around the property, and though we drove three hours to get there, we’d do it again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-equipped retreat surrounded by nature. Thank you Hershel and Tiferet for an unforgettable getaway!

Had a great 3-day, 2-night cottage stay! The property was just as described—clean, peaceful, and well-equipped for a relaxing getaway. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the weather didn’t cooperate, but everything else made up for it. Would definitely recommend!

Spent a beautiful weekend trip at this cottage. The house was very clean, we appreciated all the extra blankets provided. Everything was maintained in very good condition. Only downside was there was quite a few cobwebs on the deck and stairs area.

We had a great stay at Tom and Ashley’s. we had some relatives visiting, there are 7 of us including a toddler. Everyone was comfortable. Great amenities, we were able to BBQ, kayak, etc. overall a wonderful stay.

We stayed at Julie’s for the May long weekend. And we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage was quaint, but modern and meticulously clean. And it had everything you could need, dry firewood both inside and outside, seating around a fire pit, we used the beautiful wood burning stove when the weather turned chilly. And the kayak down the river is incredibly quiet and tranquil .., just the sounds of wildlife. A gem of a spot. It was a steep drop from the stairs to the river, so not easy to get the boats in and out if you are not in great shape. We had no issues, but might be a problem if you are elderly. I would highly recommend this cottage if you are looking for a peaceful getaway. There are trails to hike around too and the grocery store and other amenities are close enough. If you have kids, the sodalite mine is perfect for rock hounding enthusiasts! We found so many treasures.

Our weekend at the cottage was a truly great experience overall! Natasha & Archit were incredibly responsive. The cottage's location is superb, offering easy access to Bentley Lake and truly amazing views. We loved waking up to such picturesque scenery every morning and enjoyed grilling and bonfire at the fire pit. Inside, the cottage strikes a perfect balance: the bedrooms are small yet charmingly rustic, while the bathroom and kitchen are thoughtfully updated. This blend gives the cottage a cozy, authentic feel without sacrificing modern comforts. We highly recommend this cottage for anyone looking for a relaxing and beautiful escape! We will definitely revisit.

Our group had a great stay. The home was very clean and the dock and outdoor areas were beautiful.

We stayed here for a few days after our wedding for our "mini-moon" vacation and had the best stay! The weather ended up being perfect for a few days of spending time outside and on the dock in this beautiful spot. Everything you could think of, they had ready for use. We really enjoyed our time here and can't wait to come back.

We had a wonderful countryside stay at this cozy, clean, and comfortable cabin in the woods. The setting was peaceful and truly felt like a getaway into nature. The host was great—friendly and responsive, making our experience even better. It was a very interesting and enjoyable stay, and we would definitely love to come back again!

Laura was extremely helpful while we stayed four our annual cousins get together. She was responsive with any questions we had. The cottage was at a great location with lots to do outdoors the paddle boards and boat were great and my family enjoyed our time !

Everything as expected, except the difficulty getting from vehicle to cottage. I have severe assessibility issues and one other person beside myself although not as severe as myself had some as well. With railing and mainly steps to water getting there doable. However the heavy stones and steep incline from driveway to stone steps and no railing with stone steps necessitated the 2 other guests supporting us other 2 quite a bit to get in and out. It looks as though you may be in the process of trying to address this problem. Certainly looked as though some leveling and tiering with retaining walls and railings might really help. That said, so grateful to have had the time at your beautiful spot.

The family and I enjoyed my birthday at Stephanie’s place. There was plenty of space for a large family, including 2 large sitting areas with televisions. There was also lots of toys and activities for the kids, which they loved. I would definitely recommend any larger group, especially with children, rent Stephanie’s Airbnb.

(This review was written by my wife, Tami) As we drove up the secluded lane that led into the enchanted forest we knew that we had found a gem.The cottage was charming & spotless with a huge deck that set high up in the trees. The sauna & hot tub provided pure relaxation at the end of our days. The dock was huge with comfortable seating, we even had 2 loons gliding by each day! We hiked to waterfalls, fished & took the canoe for a paddle. Our pups loved our daily adventures! Mark was the perfect host & easy to contact if needed. We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Priolo on the Bay – Moody Escape, and it was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that Andy is a truly exceptional host. Every detail was thoughtfully curated to create a luxurious yet cozy escape. The cottage itself is immaculate – modern, stylish, and unbelievably comfortable. It strikes the perfect balance between high-end living and rustic charm. Tucked away in the heart of nature, it still offers every convenience imaginable: from fully stocked cutlery and snacks to campfire treats, firewood for both the sauna and outdoor firepit, a gas oven, extra lighters—you name it, it was there.The interiors are spotless and beautifully designed, making the entire space feel like a warm, peaceful retreat. Sitting by the fire, unwinding in the sauna, or just enjoying the serene forest surroundings—it all felt like a dream.This is the kind of place that makes you not want to leave!

We had a lovely stay at the Wolfs Den. The cottage is even more beautiful than the photos, and Hamid is a great host. We had a great time swimming in the lake. Would definitely recommend!

Loved our stay at River Vista! The attention to detail was what makes this cottage luxury: from beautiful live plants, to plenty of convenient storage, comfy beds and a giant couch perfect for enjoying the forest view, playing board games or snuggling with a book. Loved walking to the falls, as well as just watching the river flow. The private mini hike was a cool surprise too. Last but not least, Natasha and Matt are responsive and helpful - thank you! We can’t wait to return in the summer so we can float, paddle board and canoe 🛶.
