Exactly what we were looking for, a nice place in the country that was close to towns and chateaux we could explore. We are a group who likes cooking and were easily able to do so in the nice kitchen oozing with French charm. Plus the beds were very comfortable, always a plus when traveling. The setting was abundant with beautiful flowers in bloom, chickens clucking peacefully, and a horse in the field. It was really wonderful. We appreciated that Odette came out to meet us and to make sure we knew where everything was.

We were delighted with the house. The property's park is beautiful, well maintained, and offers a very peaceful environment close to Rennes or the exhibition center. There are beautiful animals, especially ponies, who come to see the newcomers. The owner was very responsive and participated in the success of our brief stay. Thank you. We stayed with friends in this beautiful and large house. The renovation is tasteful and of good quality, it is aesthetically beautiful and the amenities are numerous. The kitchen in particular. The garden and terrace are pleasant. In the evening, we are comfortably settled inside... to read a book in front of the fireplace. Bedrooms and toilets are upstairs. Thank you to Dagmar and Guy for their hospitality and responsiveness to our requests.

We spent a wonderful weekend discovering the charms of the Marais and the north of the Vendee. The setting is peaceful and refreshing, with plenty of activities nearby. We enjoyed local specialties like brioche and oysters, and ended our stay with nice billiards at the accommodation — a real pleasure! A detached house located on a superb property, where the character of the old stones is enhanced by a perfectly maintained estate and a tasteful interior. Everything was ready for our stay to start well, little touches included, and the house is full of thoughtful details. Eric and his family are cordial, hospitable, and discreet. The house is bright and well appointed. We feel at the same time free to travel the surroundings (Bazoches and Mortagne are not far away), and eager to return to enjoy the residence... An address that is already one of our favorites in Le Perche!

We had a great weekend with the family. The property is beautiful, the estate huge and so pleasant for young and old. A dream come true! A very big thank you to our hosts for this wonderful weekend.

An absolutely stunning classically, well thought out, French property! The house was stunning and attention to detail was second to none! We loved it here, the house is fully equipped and has gorgeous little touches. The host is extremely responsive on messages and via telephone, and if travelling from UK, which we were his English is fantastic. Jean-Christophe sent plenty of information to us before our arrival and made some recommendations too! Be careful when arriving at property if you are driving as if you take the wrong turning (the entrance to the place is in the front square) you have a long 10 minute drive to get all the way back around the one way system again! We did have to wait quite a while for the lady who met us at the property however it wasn’t a big issue, she was great and very helpful too! Absolutely recommend this place. Thanks Jean-Christophe

Very nice welcome from Christine who, having been unable to make herself available to welcome us, had prepared the stove: all that was left was to light the match! The accommodation is clean, functional, warm and spacious: perfect for taking a break, whatever the weather. We also took advantage of our stay at Christine's to go to Puy du Fou, located 25 minutes from the accommodation. The exchanges with Christine are warm and jovial, thanks again for everything!

Apartment with a lot of charm. Lots of original or really old fixtures, without any loss of confort. Very well located, perfect spot to walk and discover the city. Kitchen well equipped. Wonderful views from the living room. We would certainly stay again if repeating in Rennes!

Laure and Julien were very responsive. Upon entering the accommodation, you can feel the hosts' concern to welcome you. The accommodation is clean and warm. The courtyard view of the room is very pleasant and provides a quiet environment for sleeping. The bedding is of good quality. The kitchenette is functional. Basic food is available, which is very pleasant after a long trip. I highly recommend Laure and Julien's accommodation. I look forward to returning to your accommodation if I have to come back to Angers.

My daughter and I stayed here for a week and had a fabulous time. The apartment was beautiful, spacious, felt like a true relic. The location was definitely full of young adults, lots of personality, and tons of bars and shopping in walking distance. It could be noisy at night, but we enjoyed the music and could simply close the windows and it was peaceful in the room.

Valerie's apartment was exactly as described. It's a fabulous place, very comfortable with everything you could possibly need. So light and airy with wonderful views from the living space area. We were visiting friends so didn't do much cooking but the kitchen is equipped with everything you could need. Valerie is very responsive and a great helpful host. Im sure we will be back.

I had an exceptional stay in this apartment! Everything was absolutely perfect: the jacuzzi is a real plus for relaxing, the massage chair pure happiness, the ultra comfortable king size bed, and the air conditioning very appreciable. The welcome was warm, professional and attentive from start to finish. You immediately feel at ease, like you're at home, but better! I recommend it blindly and will be happy to come back. Again, thank you for this great experience!

Stunning house, well equipped ,Great pool. we stayed for Le man‘s 24 hrs race weekend. The only downside was spending time at the race instead of relaxing at the property.

A perfect cottage for a group weekend, with its very pleasant exteriors and all its available amenities (swimming pool, football, table tennis, etc.). We loved our stay at Victor’s place! Even better than on pictures. We absolutely recommend staying at the villa with family and friends. It’s the perfect place to create memories, spend quality time and disconnect. Fireworks, Padel court, bright and spacious living room, open kitchen, we loved it all!
