In order to enjoy the surrounding nature, there are no curtains throughout the accommodation (except the downstairs bedroom) & no TV. The accommodation is located 5 minutes from Saint Lyphard (Intermarché, Bakery, Pub)/10 minutes from the sea (Mesquer)/10 minutes from Guérande. Our independent 40 m2 studio, on the ground floor at one end of our typical farmhouse, is located in the heart of the countryside, a few km from tourist sites (Rochefort-en-Terre, Massif des Grées, Parc de la Préhistoire, Tropical Parc, Moulin Neuf Leisure Center, La Gacilly, Île-aux-Pies, Branféré Zoo, Brocéliande, Vannes...), 35 minutes from the beaches, a few minutes from all amenities (food and craft shops, medical center, pharmacy, train station, supermarket, farmers' markets).

Spacious cottage in the middle of a park in the countryside close to the Vilaine and its many hiking trails. It is 25 minutes from the beaches and charming villages of La Roche Bernard and Rochefort en Terre, 35 minutes from the Gulf of Morbihan and the Rhuys Peninsula. The house is east/west facing with a very nice east-facing terrace. Possibility to rent for 2 people for an extra fee (photo bedroom 4 see other information section)
