Our stay was amazing. the apartment was beautifully decorated, you could really tell they put a lot of work into it. very luxurious but still gave a very cozy and comfortable vibe. the hot tub was really the cherry on the cake. The location is perfect for people who are looking for a place where to relax but also have a bit of night life. lots of shops, bakery's and restaurants around where you can try all the typical sicilian food. The rocky beach is barely even a 10 minute walk and it's just simply stunning, you can smell the ocean breeze even from the apartment. We absolutely loved this apartment. It was clean and spacious and looked exactly like the photos. So thoughtfully decorated and finished. Do not be put off by the street entrance - once you open the door at the top of the stairs, so much beauty awaits. There are lovely restaurants very close by, and there is easy access to all the sights. Salvo was an exceptional host - responded quickly to messages and checked up on us frequently. Thank you for a memorable stay.

Fabio's place was fantastic. The view is unbeatable. Parking, walkable into town and the view, the view is absolutely breathtaking. We loved our stay. My partner and I were traveling around Sicily for a few months, and my dog needed emergency surgery, and Fabio's place was the perfect spot for us to unwind, relax, and the views made it a great place to nurse our little pup back to health. You need a car here, and the location is only 15 minutes outside the city of Catania, perfect launch pad to explore the surrounding areas. Although, we didn't get to meet Fabio, he was always a text away, checking in on us, making sure we had everything we need. Highly recommend. I should also note, my partner and I work remotely, and he was so gracious to add a desk and chair so we both could work comfortably, with the beautiful views. We will for sure be back! We absolutely loved our stay in Mascalucia and wished we stayed longer. The team was so sweet! Aurelio is the best and even surprised us with a traditional granita breakfast and arancini snacks. Their hospitality is unmatched. We absolutely loved the villa, the tranquility of the private garden in the back (with kumquats and lemons we could enjoy), the gorgeous pool area, multiple terraces for meals, and the games room! The town is also conveniently located, an easy distance from Catania airport and super close to Etna explorations. We used it as a great base to see Syracuse, Taormina, Etna, and Catania. We will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to all our friends.

Francesca's accommodation was very clean. It is particularly well located for hiking on Etna (30 mins from the meeting point with our guide), difficult to find closer. An inn is located directly across the street and the dishes are tasty. A grocery store is also close by.

I had a wonderful stay at Grazia’s Apartment. She even provided me with breakfast and some drinks. The place is very spacious and quiet, the bed was very comfortable. It is conveniently located at the base of Mt Ätna for those who want to explore it.

We stayed for two weeks. Our commute to the center of Catania and to the train and bus stations was done both by Metro and on foot. There are two supermarkets nearby and a cafeteria next to the building's door. The traffic of vehicles on site is quite intense but the acoustic insulation of the windows is very efficient in insulating external noise.

This is hands down one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was perfectly set up for guests - clean, comfortable, and very well-equipped. The highlight is definitely the balcony, from there you have a stunning view of Catania and Etna. The location is ideal for exploring the region, with Taormina, Noto, Syracuse, Ragusa all within easy reach (1 to 1.5h drive, a car is a must!). The host was incredibly friendly. He gave us lots of tips for the region and communication was very easy. If you want to visit the south and/or east of Sicily, this is definitely a top place to stay!

Flavio's accommodation was great. Large apartment with all amenities, nice terrace and great privacy. Parking was possible in a closed yard 30m from the apartment. Great and quiet location both to the airport and to the center (20-30min by car). With thanks M+M.

Excellent Our stay at Daniela’s place was truly great. The host was extremely helpful, kind, and welcoming. The apartment was spacious and clean, we found everything we needed, and we really enjoyed the terrace. Communication with Daniela was always very easy and quick — she responded immediately and fulfilled all our requests. The neighborhood where the accommodation is located is not the most beautiful one — we hadn’t looked into it beforehand — but since the apartment was in a private, gated street that was very quiet, and we had a car that allowed us to get around easily, it didn’t bother us at all.

We could not have picked a better Airbnb apartment to stay at. Marco and Ambra are the epitome of Customer Service! So very friendly, helpful, and professional! We would definitely stay with them again! Thank you for making our visit so comfortable and enjoyable!

After reading the previous reviews I thought it seemed to good to be true but this really was fantastic! Sara and her husband were incredibly friendly and helpful. Even when they had to do some small maintenance to the pool, they gave us notice and made sure it had minimal impact to our stay. They booked us a taxi to return to the airport and gave us plenty of recommendations for places to eat and drink. Helpful when there are so many to choose from! The accommodation is in a great location, just 15 minute walk (with some steep hills) to the centre of the beautiful Taormina. The pool area is stunning. Great views, nice and private. The accommodation is clean, has everything you need, and feels bigger than the pictures on the listings. We would happily stay here again.

Wonderful house and location! We loved it here. The house has a lot of beautiful furniture, as well as an open terrace with a great view. The host Franco was so very kind, gave us many recommendations on local beaches and cafes

I’m not sure I can sum this up in 1000 words but our stay at Roberto’s was beyond any expectation. Not only was it spotlessly clean, perfectly located and had its own parking, it was a 5 minute walk to the cable car to Taormina town (quick 3-4 min ride). The nearby restaurants were phenomenal especially Bel Assai and Blum. Both walkable within 5 minutes. Roberto as a host is simply the best we’ve ever had. There were multiple snacks and beverages for us upon arrival and everything you could ever want from an Airbnb experience. His charm and care were off the charts. Tanjit, his very strong helper, was available for any questions or inquiries we had as well. All in all it was our favorite stay not only in Sicily but in the course of our 20+ Airbnb’s around the world. To be fair- yes, there are many steps to the property but every single one was worth the experience. If you get the opportunity book it immediately. There’s no place like it in the world.

We had a lovely stay at Giuseppe Matteo’s Airbnb in Catania. Check-in was smooth, and he was very responsive throughout. The room is really really cozy, with great design and an amazing view - especially at sunrise! The location is perfect: right next to the famous market and evening restaurants, yet surprisingly quiet. We even had the pleasure of meeting Giuseppe at check-out. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful stay! Felt like a home away from home. Surrounded by beautiful orange and lemon trees this place is the perfect base for exploring some of Sicily. Great communication and always willing to help! Looking forward to coming back again one day!

We spent 4 days in the accommodation, super well placed in Catania, a noisy hair due to a dog in front of the window who barked every night but otherwise nothing to say. The bathtub with the jets was perfect and the accommodation as well. In addition, Chiara is attentive and very responsive. I would 100% recommend!
