Welcome to the Serenity Retreat! We are on one of the highest peaks between Wimberley and Canyon Lake. Only 3 minutes from the iconic Devil's Backbone Tavern, 16 minutes from floating the river on the Horseshoe/Whitewater Amphitheater, 20 minutes to Wimberley wine country and 25 minutes to both New Braunfels and San Marcos. Enjoy our 13 acres to explore and hike, plus farm fresh eggs depending on the season! We are located down a gravel road about 3/4 of a mile, which can be a little rough fyi.

The Lillipad A Lovely Vintage Camper

This memorable place is anything but ordinary - a quiet, peaceful setting with a bird sanctuary right behind the unit observed from the kitchen window. Relax on the deck in the evenings watching the beautiful sunset, star filled skies at night, the donkeys and chickens corralled in the distance, and the goldfish swim in the Lilypad pond just off to the side. We have a yoga dome, tipi, disc golf, hammocks, trails, fossil hunting, a Spring (rain dependent), etc! The Bus sits on the edge of a hill overlooking the Texas Hill Country. The land provides an opportunity to connect with Nature.
