This tiny house is the perfect spot to relax under the Texas sky surrounded by live oaks and wildlife. Located 10 miles off I-35 in the Hill Country where you can spend time tubing the river, playing at Schlitterbahn, antiquing in Gruene or the day in Austin or San Antonio, about an hour away. Tom Dooley’s Hideout is located at the Gateway to the hill country, just minutes west of Dripping Springs off of hwy 290. It’s a unique 4 acre property with 5 modern tiny houses that sit on open range with free grazing livestock which occasionally show up as they do not belong to us. This tiny house comfortably sleeps 2 on a queen bed but we do have a sofa/futon thats great for kids. Enjoy sitting on the porch or at the picnic table under the trees to kick back and relax on a cool evening.

The tiny house is located in far South Austin. The location is ideal for those that want to be out of the busy city yet still a 15 min drive to downtown. We have a spacious 8 acre property. The tiny home is ideal for solo adventurers, business travelers or a couple of friends. This is a true tiny home and can only accommodate a total of two travelers for the duration of the stay. We have chickens on the property and have FREE farm fresh eggs available Daily for guests!
