The newly built warehouse 14 is 4 km away from the city center. Loods 14 is located between two Groningen waters, namely the Damsterdiep and the Eemskanaal. Our guesthouse (2015) is located in a unique place in "Mooi Drenthe". It is idyllically located between characteristic farms near Peize and Roden. You'll love our place because of the tranquility and beautiful views over the countryside. This area is known for its many hiking and biking trails and is very close to the city for fascinating cultural excursions. Our place is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers and can also be rented for a longer period of time.
