Brand new apartment, very complete and in an excellent location.

Great location. It's all close by. Beautiful building, easy check in and check out. We were in 4 adults and accommodated well. One bedroom has air and double bed and one with a fan and two single beds. Apartamento was clean. It has a garage. We already knew about the fees , but to help… at check out you have to pay $10 and 300 pesos per person, I paid $10 + 1,200 Uruguayan weights of energy fee and laundry. I would stay in the apartment again.

The apartment has a spectacular location, with very nice views and close to everything. The attention of both the owner and the reception, impeccable!

Perfect modern building and amenities in the old part of town. Views of the marina, light house, island and city, two great pools, gym, sauna and multiple sundecks. Some of the top restaurants and music in town literally a block away. Best part was a great host who went out of her way to check in and educate on things to do making the stay super pleasant. Punta del Este, it’s self was super clean and the people very accommodating.

It has three single beds with sheets and blankets for all, they are separated into two rooms, but without a dividing door. It has a very large balcony. the hot water worked very well, everything was tidy. Access is very easy because you pick up and leave the key at the 24-hour reception, so it is not necessary to coordinate arrival time.

Spectacular views. Spacious and fully equipped. Paola was very responsive and helpful.

This apartment exceeded all my expectations: the location is ideal, close to the beach and with quick access to the center. Definitely a perfect option for a relaxing and carefree stay. Highly recommended!

Carina from the first moment made us feel at home, she was very friendly from the first moment and the welcome to the house was beautiful. The house is a dream, it is equipped with everything you need and more to spend an incredible few days. In addition to the dreamed view and the landscape, the house is really very homely I really recommend Carina's house 100% to spend a few days that will remain as one of the best memories . Our stay was very good. The house really beautiful as seen in the photos. There are two modules on one side is the kitchen and living room and in the other space are the rooms, bathrooms and the laundry room. In the middle is the terrace with the grill and the pool. The pool for afternoons is ideal. All the spaces are very comfortable, we were two families and we managed to share when we wanted to share and have privacy when we wanted privacy. It's on the beachfront, absolute comfort. The location is excellent, close to restaurants, paradores and supermarkets. It is also super equipped. Nothing is missing. The only thing is that it does not have WI-FI. We look forward to returning soon.

We loved our stay at Anne's place. It's perfect for two couples since it has two bathrooms. We loved that there are two patios, one for the morning coffee and asado, and the other for evening cocktails and watching the stars. Highly recommended!

Beautiful place and great host

Everything was very good, the place according to the description with everything you need, it is a strategic point for good walks, Laguna Garzón, José Ignacio, La Juanita, the MACA, Punta del Este and many others, at night it is a pleasure to hear the sound of the waves and the tranquility of the Spa, the services are relatively close, the Super has good fruit, vegetables, meat and bakery and the service station is a few blocks away. Adriana and Antonio welcomed us impeccably and stayed at the order for what we needed.

Very nice apt, within the Complex that stands out for its services. Barbara is very friendly, with a lot of initiative of recommendations and to facilitate everything!

Estadia was great. Spectacular view. Affectionate reception, with lit and aromatic candles. What we need, was answered promptly. Useful information is that there is no hair dryer, local voltage is 220v. But other utensils have all, super complete kitchen. It has ironing facilities and bed linen. We felt at home.

The location is unbeatable! The apartment is well appointed and has everything a family needs.

Had an amazing few days here. The place is beautiful and the terrace is amazing especially with the warm weather. Great location close to the beach, but also places to relax and swim on the complex if you’re feeling lazy. Hope to be back :)

My experience in this home was great. The apartment was spotless and very easy entry to the complex with all the instructions indicated. Alejandra was very nice and was always available for any questions. Totally recommended!
