Beach condo holiday rentals in Pensacola Beach, Escambia County

Stephanie’s place is impeccably clean and has all the amenities you would need for a stay. The place is walking distance to many wonderful beach dining and or drinking options. Would absolutely stay here again and the beach and condo deck is spectacular!

Overall great stay. The place is a lot more roomy than the photos make it out to be. There’s a nice view of the sound side dock, and a quick walk to the trolley stop with a Tom Thumb next door. Everything was clean and as described with the amenities, with lots of things to do nearby. Hosts were awesome, and responded almost under 5 minutes every-time. We had a small issue with our door lock and they were able to fix it within reasonable time. Community was quiet and plenty of spaces to park. I’d highly recommend and would stay again. Well worth the pricing. P.S. my bf proposed to me on Langdon beach by FT. Pickens, which is only a $25 week pass to get in. Beautiful place, and wonderful experience :))

I have nothing bad to say about our stay, the view was incredible, our place was top notch clean, and the communication with the host was unheard of! We will definitely be booking this place again when we return.

His expert advice from how/when to check in, things to do, where to eat, where to shop, and what beach cabana rentals to reserve were so appreciated; the advice made our stay absolutely seamless from check in to check out. My family of 6 stayed here for 6 nights, and we absolutely LOVED it! There were snacks waiting for the kids which they loved after a 12 hour car drive lol, and everything was as she described. Lots of toys and games for kids, all the beach things you'd need. even fish nets for the kiddos to go crabbing with. Carolyn does a great job keeping the condo stocked with anything you might need during your stay! We also enjoyed the swimming pool and fishing docks across the street when we needed a break from the beach. We've done busy beaches, and the calmness of this private beach was also great! I highly recommend this condo to anyone traveling with kids! There is a huge difference in this condo and one that is corporate owned. Carolyn adds a lot of personal touches that we all really appreciated!

Stayed here with my fiancé and my two kids (3) and (6) for a weekend beach trip. The location was beautiful and private, however we were staying on the second flight of stairs and the neighbors downstairs under our unit came up to tell us they can hear all of the walking from our unit so it made the trip feel stressful like my kids couldn’t walk around comfortably. Other than that everything was excellent! Beautiful beach views!

Such a great place! This was our 2nd time to stay at Kyle & Victoriia’s place. It’s super clean, spacious, and a convenient walk to the beach. Kyle & Vicktoriia always respond promptly and even saved the day by immediately brining us another Keurig when the one there wouldn’t work. That meant a lot to this coffee drinking family! We also love the backyard space for our dog- makes it so much easier! It’s also within walking distance to Stewby’s and Fubar Pizza- two of our favorite places to eat. I know we’ll be staying here again!

Place was easy to find and get in! Everything looked just like the photos. It’s a decent apartment complex. Couldn’t figure out how to get into the pool because they changed the gate. Overall nice stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Parker’s place. It was easy to find, the pool was awesome, and the balcony was super cozy with a great view. The beach bag and chairs were such a nice bonus—we definitely put them to good use. Overall, just a solid spot to relax and unwind. Would happily stay again.

We had a nice overnight stay at Breanna's condo! A few minor concerns popped up during our visit, but Breanna had excellent communication and helped to adress the issues - which ultimately didn't affect our stay. The place was very clean and the things we needed were well stocked. Great board game selection and TV is easy to use if you want to watch a movie or show. There's a public laundry facility attached to the pool house/community space on the back side of the condominiums. It was clean and well kept - $2 per wash and per dry. We stayed on a week day and the community was quiet. During the day, it seems like they may be addressing some renovation needs to the complex, so you may hear some noise from workers - but that wont be a problem if you are out enjoying the Fort Walton area and nearby public beaches.

Perfect place to stay for a beach getaway. Shopping, places to eat and the beach all within walking distance. What more do you need? We will definitely stay here again.

This was a perfect weekend getaway spot! A beautiful property that was very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants a relaxing and convenient place at the beach!

Great place, clean, quiet, super well stocked kitchen, walk to beach in 2 minutes, away from the bustle if that's what you want, but not too far away.

Rhonda and Doug are great hosts. The condo was furnished with nice appliances and furnishings, including the wonderful washer and dryer, Henckels knife set, coffee maker and nice blender. Beds were very comfortable. Furnishings were tasteful and practical, we felt right at home, very comfortable. The patio was wonderful as we were able to enjoy the ocean view and the glass railing allowed our toddler to have the same unimpeded view without worrying about his safety. Rhonda and Doug were very responsive to our questions and were wonderful hosts. The cleaning crew did an excellent job and the place a was very clean and well stocked upon our arrival. We enjoyed our time while on Navarre and it was a very family friendly beach. The beach chairs (2) and umbrella provided were nice and for a modest fee we were able to get additional chairs as needed. Overall a great stay and would return again.

This was by far my favorite Airbnb!!! Pictures don’t do it justice, clean, cozy, directions clear, easy checkin. Views are spectacular from every room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I hope someday I could go back again. Thank you Lia!!

Great condo, incredible views. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfy. It was great to relax on the couch and see the water. Everyone at the resort was friendly.

Beautiful just like the pictures! Nice for the kids to be able to go to the bay and gulf. Multiple pools and the pizza from restaurant was good. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything you needed. Breakfast on the balcony was perfect. We were able to check in early which was nice!
